This book seems to have just lost it's bearing. The writer jumps from storyline to storyline and the reader barely knows where they or the characters stand from book to book.

The stories were okay, which is normal for "Witchblade", but man, while the series has had some pretty terrible art, it was never consistently terrible like it was in this run. It's like the artist(s) had never actually looked at a WB comic and were only working from a vague description. The only thing this art has going for it is that it doesn't look like every other panel is a copy of some pose from the artist's porn collection.

Wow what a change from just the previous volume. Going from a 4 star to a 1 star (and I really want to give it only 1 star).
The plot/story is incredibly difficult to follow - its like watching a film with 3 frames missing every second. The is started ok ... but then just got worse. And I have no idea what this crap was at the end - the Arabian stuff was the worst filler ever.
The art style is not great ... and like the plot, degenerates.

My God... Seeley's writing is awful. I'm glad this is his final arc.

Sara is hired to find some dirt on Wendell Castor, a politician that is believed to be the cleanest in Chicago. Alisa Spencer, the so-called ungod, got close to him in the last volume after wanting to have him killed.

The ridiculous faerie land where Sara ended up by using a portal is revisited. Its mob boss Mulranny escaped into Chicago and is being sought by the old bearer of the Witchblade, Katarina. A lot of things happen in quick succession... I couldn't tell you what relevance it has to the comic or characters... There's a long battle at the end. Great stuff... not...
