Un tome vraiment intéressant où l'on retrouve la conclusion concernant l'affaire de "vampirisme". Puis l'on suit l'équipe des jeunes détectives qui se trouve dans une situation bien périlleuse après avoir suivit un chat... Après cela Conan, Ran, Sonoko, Sera et le détective Mouri se rendent à une compétition culinaire télévisé qui tourne vite au drame... Pour les deux dernières enquêtes on retrouve de nouveau la bande des Détectives Boys. D'abord dans une enquête sur un suicide suspect puis dans une affaire de meurtre dans un temple... La fin donne envie de lire la suite et l'intrigue sur Bourbon s'épaissit de plus en plus ce qui donne de plus en plus d'intérêt à l'intrigue principale mais amène aussi beaucoup de questions sur cet étrange personnage. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas le seul qui semble cacher des secrets puisque Conan se pose des questions sur d'autres membres de son entourage...

Ugh, the mystery surrounding the characters and their motives is driving me crazy! I wish Aoyama wouldn't drag this out so much—it's been going on for volumes! Some of the case resolutions didn’t sit well with me, especially the vampire case, which had too many victims. I'm hoping the resolutions in the next volume won't be as convenient.

Case Closed Vol. 80 carries on from Gosho Aoyama’s 79th Volume, and is another progression in his extensive detective series. The volume doesn’t advance the Black Organization plot significantly, but it explores different kinds of cases, from suspenseful situations to mysteries that rely more on clever setups than danger.
One of the standout stories involves the junior detective League getting trapped inside a refrigerated delivery truck with a corpse. The situation is intense and unusual, giving the story a sense of real urgency. Watching Conan work through the problem and figure out what happened while keeping everyone safe makes the story feel tense without being over the top. Conan and Hatori solve the "Dracula" mystery. Also, the junior detectives follow a cat into a refrigerator truck that shuts them in and drives off without realizing they are inside. Along the route, they discover a corpse that the drivers are storing to fudge a time of death while delivering packages will establish their alibis. The kids have to get help to capture the killers without being discovered. Next, in the audience of a cooking show, Sera and Conan solve a murder after the body of one of the judges is found in a locked chest! Yumi and Naeko (the traffic cops) are called over to a wealthy apartment complex where a suicide has been discovered. Conan and the Detective Boys over hear the call, and beat them to the scene, where Conan solves the murder that has been disguised as a suicide. Yumi also reunites with her ex-boyfriend. Finally, we start a case where Agasa and the Detective Boys meet up with Jodie (American FBI agent) at a cherry blossom event, where Agasa witnesses a murder! This one seems full of stories.

This volume opens with revealing the murderer of the story from the previous volume. In what I feel is one of the worst splits, the reveal isn't bad, but you need to reread the end of volume 79 to appreciate the vampire tale to its fullest. The first full story of this volume stars the Junior Detectives in what seems like a simple stray cat adventure, which turns into a desperate battle to survive trapped in a refrigerator truck.... also holding a dead man! The next case involves a judge of a cooking show and his untimely demise! I have to admit the second this story started I knew it was going to be a murder mystery...but then again this is Case Closed, so that isn't too much of a shock. The next story has Officer Yumi's ex-boyfriend as the main suspect in what appears to be a suicide, but Detective Conan suspects...murder! The final story is a cliffhanger and you won't read the conclusion in this volume, so buckle up for the next installment of Case Closed!

Ed è la prima volta che leggo ottanta volumi di un manga. E vorrei continuare a leggerlo perché continua a piacermi.

Bella la storia ambientata nello studio televisivo, per quanto la risoluzioni del mistero sia stata un po' troppo machiavellica per la sottoscritta.

As mentioned above, I am going to write a proper review for this soon, but I have a few books ahead of this one in the queue, so I cannot stop reading DC NOW! That's sacrilege. I have decided to read all the chapters available up to now (we are almost to 1000!) As you can see, I am totally fangirling over here and I don't care, because this is one of my favorite manga series, ever! But all of this aside, there are a few things I wanted to list so I don't need to go back and look everything up when I do finally sit down and write my fangirl review. ✌🏻

Personally, I think us DC fans love certain characters more than other (yes, Heiji, I mean you!), so sometimes when we are re-reading this series (like all the time!) you might wish to start at a specific case or start when a certain character is involved.

#1, I never call this CASE CLOSED. If you do, you're not a true fan of this series, so don't even bother reading my review or my personal opinions. I'm sorry if I offend you, but you offended me first by telling me you want to read CASE CLOSED or you just love Jimmy.
#2, as you can tell by #1, I read this online. I would never waste my money buying a manga series in english that cannot get the name correct and mess up the main characters to make it appear more "ENGLISH." I am so happy I don't run a blog and this isn't a review on Sailor Moon, #1, because I have a huge soap box tirade against DiC. I also don't think there is anything against reading something online. Comics, which is what manga are, are meant to be read and shared and sometimes paying over $10 is too much in my opinion. Plus, I read the newest chapters as soon as they are released from Japan, because I would never miss a release of DC. So this is my personal shout out to you translators from me, Thank You!

Cada nuevo personaje que aparece para quedarse, me encanta. Aoyama tiene un don para los personajes. Y otra cosa, no sé si es cosa mía pero me parece que el estilo de dibujo ha mejorado (después de 800 episodios ya era hora) y el diseño de personajes es más variado.

I enjoy the short mysteries with the interesting clues and random information.
This volume has an the interesting conclusion to the Dracula case. Which was really off from any of my guesses.
There is also a humorous homage to Iron Chef in this volume. I loved it.

Lanjutan kasus vampir. Tetap menyeramkan ternyata. Mengerikan sekali, cara pembunuhannya.
Kasus kedua. Gara-gara ingin menyelamatkan Kapten, kucing liar yang sering "nangkring" di kafe Poirot, grup detektif cilik jadi terjebak di truk pengiriman barang yang ada pendinginnya. Ketika ingin keluar, mereka tidak sengaja mendengar kalau petugas pengiriman tersebut ternyata telah membunuh orang dan menyembunyikan mayatnya di salah satu peti di truk. Grup detekftif cilik terpaksa harus memutar otak untuk mencari cara menyelamatkan diri. Saking rumitnya, mereka terpaksa meminta bantuan kepada Amuro.
Kasus ketiga ada di kompetensi memasak di TV. Ada kecurigaan salah satu peserta berbuat curang. Pak Takeki si kritikus makanan berniat untuk mengungkap siapa pelakunya. Tapi ternyata, di tengah acara, Pak Takeki ditemukan tewas di dalam peti berisi bahan makanan utama.
Kasus keempat. Kasus bunuh diri (atau pembunuhan) setelah pertengkaran suami istri. Pesan kematian yang ditemukan terlihat janggal, namun anehnya setelah diteliti, tulisan tangan yang ada di pesan itu benar tulisan tangan korban. Jadi?
Kasus kelima, pencopet ditemukan tewas. Besar dugaan pembunuhnya adalah korban pencopetan. Tapi siapa dan bagaimana menemukannya. Karena peristiwa itu terjadi di tengah Hanami.

Sudah selesai malam tadi sih. Tapi kerena takut kesiangan jadi reviewnya baru bisa ditulis pagi ini.
Di volume ini, giliran polisi Yumi yang kisah cintanya ketahuan :D
Kasus terakhir bersambung. Tapi tidak terlalu gantung sih. Jadi tidak terlalu penasaran meskipun saya belum punya volume berikutnya.

FROZEN ALIBI: THE CHILLING DELIVERY TRUCK CASE
While playing soccer, Conan and the Detective Boys encounter Taii, a calico cat from Café Poirot, and follow it into a refrigerated delivery truck. Inside, they discover a body hidden in a box. The drivers had murdered the man and were using their delivery route and the truck's cold temperature to manipulate the time of death. As the freezing temperatures take a toll on the kids, Conan cleverly writes a message on a receipt and attaches it to Taii’s collar, hoping Bourbon will uncover the truth before it’s too late.
SWEET DECEPTION: THE CHAMPION'S HIDDEN TRICK
While watching Which Sweets Show, Conan suspects foul play when the defending champion wins for the sixth consecutive week, always having the perfect ingredients for the show’s mystery fruits. Despite the seemingly secure chest holding the fruits—protected by a custom lock with an electronic chip—Conan suspects tampering. During the show, the mystery deepens when a missing judge is found locked inside the chest, forcing Conan to unravel how the champion gained access and manipulated the outcome.
THE FAKE FAREWELL: A SUICIDE OR MURDER?
Conan and the Detective Boys encounter Naeko Miike and Yumi Miyamoto, who are discussing Yumi’s ex-boyfriend, Shukichi Haneda. Soon after, Naeko receives a call about a suspicious death that appears to be a suicide. In questo numero la risoluzione del caso del vampiro: ottimi stratagemmi ma Conan e Heiji riescono a capire tutto come al solito.
Durante il caso di omicidio in cui è coinvolta anche Sera, Conan sembra di avere l'impressione di averla già vista in passato. Forse quando era effettivamente bambino Shinichi? Ma la ragazza non parla lasciandolo nel dubbio.
Altro mini caso in cui scopriamo che l'ex dell'agente Yumi non è altro che un giocatore di shogi professionista che le ha promesso di vincere il titolo per poi tornare insieme. Ma a quanto sembra lei non sa neanche che è un giocatore di shogi... insomma tutto non potrebbe essere più complicato di così. Spero che, come per le altre coppie della centrale di polizia, la sua storyline venga portata avanti e che abbia un lieto fine.
Ritorna Amuro/Bourbon che salva i detective boys da una situazione di pericolo interpretando correttamente gli indizi lasciati da Conan. Siamo sicuri che sia il cattivo?
Ultimo capitolo con l'inizio di un nuovo caso che coinvolge e vede il ritorno di Jodie. Conan le chiede di investigare su Bourbon spiegando cosa è successo sul Mistery Train.
Quando tornano personaggi che portano avanti la trama principale per me è automaticamente 5 stelle! Approvato!
Durante il caso di omicidio in cui è coinvolta anche Sera, Conan sembra di avere l'impressione di averla già vista in passato. Forse quando era effettivamente bambino Shinichi? Ma la ragazza non parla lasciandolo nel dubbio.

Ma a quanto sembra lei non sa neanche che è un giocatore di shogi... insomma tutto non potrebbe essere più complicato di così. Spero che, come per le altre coppie della centrale di polizia, la sua storyline venga portata avanti e che abbia un lieto fine.
Ritorna Amuro/Bourbon che salva i detective boys da una situazione di pericolo interpretando correttamente gli indizi lasciati da Conan. Siamo sicuri che sia il cattivo?
Ultimo capitolo con l'inizio di un nuovo caso che coinvolge e vede il ritorno di Jodie. Conan le chiede di investigare su Bourbon spiegando cosa è successo sul Mistery Train.
Quando tornano personaggi che portano avanti la trama principale per me è automaticamente 5 stelle! Approvato!

Ahh, suka sekali dengan Conan *pendapat nggak objektif. Aku suka banget yang waktu kasus kontainer. *gegara muncul uga deh Subaru. hoho. Tentunya, aku juga kepo gitu sama Amuro. Hahah. Ehm, apa ya, Amuro tuh di sini belom jelas dia sebenernya baik apa enggak. Ataukah dia memang anggota organisasi hitam atau enggak. Pokoknya masih kepo. Terus, kasus penemuan mayat itu sebenernya ngeselin. Cuma, aku suka aja lihat Yumi ketemu mantan pacarnya.

Wow.
Ada lanjutan kasus vampir, kasus mobil ekspedisi es, kasus kontes dessert fruit, kasus Yumi, dan kasus kurobee. Dari semua itu aku paling suka tentang Yumi dan 'Meijin' (kyaaaa! Hanya kasian Nae belum dikenali aja sama Chiba -.-). Well untuk kasusnya sendiri, kasus terakhir bikin penasaran (mana serem lagi kurobee-nya -.-). Kasus mobil ekspedisi itu juga keren, bagian membuat sandi-sandi-nya.

Oh btw, D.A. Kudo itu singkatan dr apa ya?

agak gagal paham salah satu kasus.
Rating 3 ini bukan buat dibandingkan dengan serial lain, tapi dengan volume lain serial ini.
Ada kesalahan e ye de di cover belakang. Buatku, kesalahan pada cover adalah hal yang fatal. Cover kan dibaca berulang kali walaupun orangnya nggak beli.
Tapi...
Akhirnya Taiko Meijin muncul! Ada Bu Jodie juga. :D

lumayan suka volume 80 ini, karena cerita nya lumayan banyak dan ga bersambung, hehe..
tapi cerita terakhir tentang bourbon nya bersambung, jadi penasaran Shuichi Akai sbnrnya udah meninggal/rekayasa.
oiya tentang kasus Yumi & mantanya.. baru tau pas browsing kalo Shogi itu permainan catur Jepang :D

Aku kasih 3.5 bintang.
Selalu menyenangkan baca komik favoritku ini.
Ada aja yang bikin aku senyum dan ngikik geli.
Selalu asik deh :D
Tapi aku harus jujur kalo di seri ini kejahatannya kurang memicu adrenalin.
Kayaknya cepet banget selesai gitu.
Triknya juga kayaknya nggak ribet banget walaupun tetep informatif.
Aku kangen organisasi baju hitam!

Volume tranquillo con tre storie carine ma non memorabili.
Se avessi potuto metterlo il voto sarebbe 3.5!
Sorprendentemente la storia che ho apprezzato di più è stata quella con i bambini, nonostante non siano mai i casi più interessanti.
Molto simpatico il nuovo personaggio “amico” dell’agente Yumi, spero non sia la prima e ultima volta che lo vedremo!
