Welcome to the world of Minerva Mint where anything can happen...you just have to believe! Minerva is a fun-loving and mischievous girl. When she was an infant, her parents left her in a suitcase at a train station in London. Now she's a nine-year-old girl and lives in a huge house on top of a cliff in Cornwall, England. Cute first book (The Order of the Owls). Girl-centric and fast paced. Not much actual plot happens in the way of leading to a great series, but I think it is a worthy book for early adventure/mystery readers and a good start for kids beginning chapter books. I will be reading the the next installment.
