I strongly considered giving this supplement two stars because of the stereotyping and bleak dystopian portrayal of the "Car Wars" South, which just became hard to read. However, the adventure hooks set up throughout the first half of the book were used in the scenarios in the second half, leading to some setups that really aren't that bad. So, I found myself liking it more as I got to the end. If I could give 2.5, I probably would.
