this book was helpful. i appreciated how she provided a structure to give strong examples of skills in interviews. i've often sat through an interviewing knowing i could do the job, but struggling to find the example that showed it. especially if i didn't have experience doing the task. now, i feel better equipped to provide examples that showcase my strengths. and i liked it when she said to think positive thoughts during the interview - cheesy, but helpful :)
