Our Changing Lives is even better than the first book (and, in my opinion, the pinnacle in the series). It centers around the changes in Ann Bullard's life as she finishes growing from a girl into a young woman. Change is a pretty big theme in this book (the title especially supports that idea), and I like where the author took his protagonist throughout the story. What I loved most about this book was how loose ends from the first book that were never explained-- her father's temper, changes in her sister's new life-- were touched on in greater detail while intertwining with the new elements and characters in Ann's life. Overall, a wonderful read! Five out of five. No complaints.
This book has 5 main charters Mom(Elise), Dad(Sam), Baby(David), and I forget the rest. This book is about How a mom favorites her girls. The dad doesn't like it at all, The kids get out of everything, and does not have to work at all on their farm. Sam the dad, doesn't like that at all so he makes the kids work by telling them that he is going to sell their things. The kids does not like working at all. So their live sucks to them. I like this book because it shows you how to work through your problems about working. I recommend this book to anybody.
