An amazingly helpful and easy book. Lightbulb moments all the way. I had given-up on self-help books but when Marie O'Donohue recommended this to me I gave it a whirl. His explanation of the hierarchy of needs and its effect on our behaviour is simply and extremeley revealing. My anxiety levels have dropped dramatically. Highly recommend.

Really, really awful. This book is in desperate need of an editor, and the author demonstrates complete ignorance about learning disabilities. What little of value one might find in this book is all just common sense. I'm so glad I basically paid nothing for it, because it was just terrible. (It was part of a collection I purchased.)

Brilliant book. Anxiety free for few weeks and I'm loving it!! Book totally suited my brain and my way of thinking. Loved it have felt so much more confident since.
