Tomboy Mi-Ha is an extremely active and competitive girl who never likes to lose to anyone. She's such a tomboy that all boys are scared of her, and that's exactly what her brother wanted and trained her to be. It took him six long years to train her into a pseudo-military style girl to protect her from anyone else. Bishonen Sung-Suh is a new transfer student who's got the looks, the determination, and attitude to sweep her off the feet. Could this male beauty be able to tame the beast? Will Mi-Ha's brother let them be together and happily ever after? If you want it you've got to Bring It On!

Loved it. The main couple is snarky without being mean to one another. The lead guy is appropriately mysterious with hints of misunderstanding. The lead gal is strong and no-nonsense. Read it straight through, even though I should have been sleeping. ;)

Thank goodness for secondhand sellers, otherwise I'd've never gotten my hands on a copy of this!

This isn't a title I've read before but I am vaguely familiar with it, having seen others read it when I was in high school. I'm glad I gave it a shot; I hadn't been expecting much beyond just a silly kind of plotline, but there's some unexpected depth that just gets poked at that's made this series all the more intriguing since I finished this first volume. I'm definitely going to have to pick up the rest, this was a pleasant surprise! I'm a little sleeved out by Mi-Ha's older brother, but that's really the only major negative I've got to say about this so far.

A fun and silly manwha with some romantic tones to it. Only 5 volumes - makes for a quick read. Between 3-4 stars, but it makes me laugh enough that I reread it every so often, so worth rounding up.

The story itself isn't particularly unique - the tomboy h (Mi-Ha) and the tough bishonen H (Seung-Suh). Lots of spats and bickering eventually building to something more as they get to know each other through crazy high school and family antics. While not totally unique, it's still a lot of fun. The humor is pretty silly and a touch tongue-in-cheek - never really takes itself too seriously.

Volume 1 here sets the stage with all of our crazy cast. Our leads, their friends, and the rest of the Lee family all are introduced, and we see Mi-Ha and Seung-Suh go their first couple rounds in their epic battle of the ages.

Part of what keeps it at 3-4 stars for me (instead of 4 solid) is the art. Parts are really pretty, parts are just fun and silly, and then there are parts that just don't strike my fancy. Mostly the faces straight-on - the eyes just aren't my taste - wall-eyed? Can't put my finger on it exactly, but there you go.

This was a blind manga buy but it is very intriguing. The artstyle is gorgeous very representative of the time it was published. There are a lot of moments of violence, cursing including the r-word, and overall bullying. However, there are some moments that I appreciated what was happening and want to continue, but its one that the text was too all over the place. Because of that, at moments its still difficult to understand what is going on.  Because of these points, I have to give this manga a 3 out of 5 stars

This was a surprisingly good story, a romantic comedy barely treading the line of angst. Miha is a tomboy, tall and athletic. One day, after finishing her morning run to the campus grounds she finds a young man passed out on the floor of the girls shower room. Unsure if he's a pervert or someone in need, she wakes him. He's cute, but cranky. A tussle ensues and she ends up knocking him out and stuffing him in a cab. When she finally gets to class, guess who's one of the transfer students. I'll definitely plan on picking up the rest of this series. The fifth volume comes out this June.

Funniest book I have ever read! The story starts with the main character- I don't know how to spell the name, so I'll saw B. B is a tough girl with man like strength. When she discovers a 'old man' (handsome man) in the bathroom (girls) she freaks out. When he wakes up, she punches him knocking him unconscious. She drags him and puts him in a taxi cab. Later, while in class she finds out that he was actually a transfer student in class. He says that since she punched him and put him in a cab (which maxed out at 999.99$) she keeps trying to get even with her.

I picked up this cute little five-volume manhwa series from my library on a whim one day. There isn't anything new here, but the characters are fun (I admit to having a weakness for fun-loving bishonen types like Seung-Suh) and the story never takes itself too seriously. It does get a little weird in the final volume, but the epilogue is interesting.

This is a hilarious romance about a tomboy and a bishie punk - though it's not nearly as formulaic as it sounds. ;) Still waiting on the final volume; after a bankrupt translation company, we're finally getting it in June!

Tomboy Miha is an extremely boyish and physically strong girl because of her conniving brother. However, a chance encounter with the cutest boy in school might change her life.

This book is a riot and I devoured the silly characters.

Not bad. Althought the story goes as "I've seen this thousand times before", there are some really funny moments and artwork's also sometimes cute, although not above average manhwa for girls.
