Will Magnolia ever be able to find peace with herself?
After the shattering realization of her mother’s death, Magnolia loses herself. Feeling as though she’s barely surviving the day. Knowing Benjamin would spend the rest of his life trying to save her and ultimately lose himself in the process, she continuously pushes his advances away.
Magnolia finds her interests piqued in someone she had never expected; the enemy, Giuseppe Gallentine. He’s exhilarating in all the wrong ways; he leaves her feeling as though she’s hanging on the edge of a rollercoaster. Their worries about the failed harnessing ceremony looms over them. They dread what will happen if they don’t harness the sun, but they also fear for Magnolia’s safety if they attempt it. Giuseppe’s fear of losing her forces him to make reckless decisions that lead to unfathomable consequences.

(THIS BOOK IS NOT A STANDALONE SO YOU WILL NEED TO READ BOOK 1)

I got the opportunity to receive this book as an ARC. I really enjoyed the first book and i loved how this book ended.

This book followed the events of the previous book “Blood Luster”.
Magnolia (FMC) finds herself lost as she is no longer the woman she used to be; especially after finding out what really happened when her mom died.
Magnolia has a new love interest in this book, Giuseppe. With his help, Magnolia is able to find who she really is once again.

Giuseppe and Magnolia's relationship moved pretty quickly in my opinion, though you can really see how much they love and care about one another.
I am overall so happy that Magnolia got her HEA with Giuseppe.💕💕

I love that the book picked up where Blood Luster left off without too much of a time lapse. After learning the truth about her mother’s death Magnolia struggled hard in this book and honestly it made my heart hurt for her. Then as the book continues and she changes as does my opinion of Guiseppe! I never would have thought I would have liked him. The end was beautiful and settled my thoughts about Benjamin.

He taught me how to have grace with myself. I wouldn’t be here without him”

Following the events of the previous book, Magnolia finds herself lost. She’s no longer the woman she used to be, especially not after finding out the truth about her mother’s death. However with the help of, new love interest, Giuseppe, she is able to find herself once again.

Giuseppe and Magnolia’s relationship moves at a pretty fast past. However, as quickly as it progresses, readers can tell just how much the pair care about each other. The plot was very entertaining and there were the perfect amount of twists!

so good

This book is just as good as the first! It was a little confusing with a big triangle change or direction but still so good. As much as I loved the original interests in the book and was rooting for them to find each other again. I grew to love the change just as much. Y’all read these books they are so good.

I loved this book. The way it picked up right after book one and the way it kept you hooked til the very end. So glad Magnolia got her HEA. She deserved it.

I love the idea of the story, but I feel like book one and two could’ve been just one book. everything felt a little rushed, and I wish there was more. Would love to reread if it is ever edited.

I had high hopes for this story after Blood Luster and it did not disappoint! The twists are exciting and keep you hooked from beginning to end. Our beloved fmc experiences an unexpected enemies-to-lovers romance that progresses really quickly! - though I confess Benjamin still has my heart - I really wanted a happy ending for our fmc and we see her get her well deserved happiness at the end.

I started this book without having read the first. Highly recommend reading the first to fully understand the story and relationships. Once I read the first I enjoyed the story. I def think they were more like novellas could have been one book. Magnolia and Giuseppe are naughty vampires what more can you say. Def read the tropes and triggers before starting this especially if you aren’t into pregnancy, blood, death.

This book jumps right in and keeps you hooked to the end. The characters are well written and the world building is awesome. I even liked the font of this book. I would definitely recommend Magnolia's story to others. It was a pleasure to read.
