I wish this book was published during my corporate world era for me to practice some wonderful tips for colleagues and team. We are flooded with social media apps to communicate and yet the communication that make us - US, is only available in daily life, face to face experience. Screen-attached generations has little ability to communicate well, looking at the screen, they ‘feel’ it is OK to treat human communication as a screen as well ‘hit-smash-gone’ (feelingless n tasteless) A bit naff in my opinion. this book peeled off what we are missing in HR n sales marketing dept :) Observing language, art of gentle persuasion and non verbal communication/contact. Its not about the words/good grammar that splurged from our lips, but the intonation, ENERGY and breathing that matter the most ❤️
