She read countless books of various genres in her spare time. A few of her favorite authors are; Sister Souljah, Terry McMillan, Teri Woods, Nikki Turner, Shannon Holmes, Mary B. Morrison and Mary Monroe. Going back to her grass roots of scribed art suddenly Mimi had become inspired to put her passion for writing into action. After writing her first line on the page of her notebook, she was hooked.

OMG!!!! I can't believe the turns this book has taken Nephew is the real crazy one and all his baby mamas....I'm starting to feel sad for Barbie someone took her baby..well I'm about to start book 3 I don't want this to end!

Nickerson Barbie is back! Book 2 starts right off where one ended so if you dont remember its okay because it will give you a refresher of what happened in one. Barbie is living the life and is finally happy with the man of her dreams, that is until she walks in on something she never would have imagined. No longer is she living in a fairytale with her prince charming.. now Barbie s out for blood. Barbie knows that she doesnt have it in her to try to start all over and do this again, but her man wont dear let her do anything crazy. He knows that he was wrong but he also knows that Barbie is the only woman for him who has his heart and he wont stop until she realizes that. Barbie has so much to figure out within her marriage that she starts to become blindsided by other things in her life. Are people really who they say they are and do they always have her best intrest at heart or will Barbie have to learn the hard way who she can trust and who she cant.
I loved Barbie ever since she has first been introduced to the book world because she is crazy. Not that she is crazy but she is just a lot to deal with. Her relationship with Nephew is something special because what man would put up with someone like that and not care what anyone thinks about it. Gave this book a 4.5 stars good book was looking for more of a wow factor at the end but NOT! Husband and wife I swear is coco for cocoa puffs lol. Don't step in Barbie's path or all will pay for there wrong doings or so they think. :-)

OMG this book picks up right where part 1 left off Barbie is crazy and nephew is a mess. In this 5 start read you will really find out who is and who and what it do. you don't want to miss out on this read

It's My Party-- A lot of secrets still hidden...It was a 5 for me till the scene with Barbie's best friends...then the booked pulled me back in. Does Barbie have a Boy or A Girl "that's the question ". As we wait for Part 3 !!

Nickerson Barbie(in the name of love) 2 by.MimiRenee She is back and just like the first book she doesn't disappoint you...Just when you think the power couple of the Nickerson projects have it all figured out they run in to some obstacle that could break them a part or help build them up. Also some dirty little secrets that Barbie thought was left in the past are coming back up. Will Barbie be able to keep her man and her secrets? I could not put this book down. Barbie is crazy and in love. That is a bad combo when mixed with a man that is known for womanizing. Book three here I come.

MiMi Renee never disappoints, when writing her page turning stories. She takes her pen and continues to light up the pages of Nickerson Barbie 2. In part two, Barbie continues to battle with the voices in her head as well as her mother-in-law. With the help of Rita, Toni is on to Barbie and she's not stopping until she gets her away from her son. Nephew continues to clean up situations. I swear he has a few loose screws in his head, and being Barbie's husband doesn't make things any better. Like his wife, Nephew has a passion for cleaning by way of killing. There's no wonder he can handle Barbie and her twisted ways. I'm not surprise when he takes part in the payback to Barbie's friends for their backstabbing underhandedness. I enjoyed reading about the Barbie and friends, and can't wait for the next part of the saga. Shout out to the Authoress for putting down another banger!!

Nickerson Barbie 2 (In The Name Of Love) by MiMi Renee, focuses on main characters, Michelle AKA Barbie and Nephew. The book picks up where Nickerson Barbie 1 left off. Barbie is still active in crime and has disturbed mental health. Nephew’s mental health is questionable. Barbie and Nephew is a couple that everyone should fear. The read appears to have been rushed and lack editing. There are many grammatical errors throughout. The flow is uneven. The read lacked the luster of book 1. My favorite character is Toni who speaks her mind. My least favorite character is Nephew who enables Barbie verses helping. Overall, the read is OK!!

This was a great continuation to book 1. I was on edge the whole time I read the book. Some parts were very gruesome. Some parts were freaking hilarious. This was a page turner. Barbie and Nephew were meant for each other. The love they share is rare. Barbie still needs psychiatric help. She definitely doesn't need a baby. She needs some meds. Miracle and Valerie were friends Barbie couldn't live with and couldn't live without. Although the book had many errors, I still give it five stars because I couldn't put it down. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a good Urban Fiction book. Can't wait to read part 3.

Loved it this book & part 1 was great that Nickerson Barbie is crazy as hell I mean literally crazy....in some sort of way I would feel sorry for though lol....Mimi Renee did an awesome job with her imagination & creativity. I'm like how did she come up with these ideas and thoughts they were wild lol...but I enjoyed it to the fullest and would recommend this series to those that have not read it or even heard of Mimi Renée...now off the part 3 I go!!

I don't know whether to hate Barbie or completely like her!! Wow!! What happened to her?? Nephew is just as bad being that he's so heartless....and he fathered so many kids!! I think I know who's baby boy they have...hopefully I will get confirmation in book 3....

Although it's been over a year since I've read the 1st installment, once I started reading, the characters fell into place. I didn't think this chick could get any crazier, but boy was I mistaken. Husband Nephew just as nutty. This book had me chuckling throughout as Barbie's mind went in all types of directions. Pure entertainment. I'm planning on reading part 3 very soon

What can I say.. I am becoming a fan. I think I will read all of Mimi's book. This is not my favorite series thus far but It is very interesting. Barbie is a hawt mess and I love every minute of her craziness. On to pt 3!!!!

This one picks up where 1 left off. Barbie and Nephew were still crazy. this one wasnt as good as the 1st but I still enjoyed it. Can't wait for part 3 to see what this couple will do next.
