“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). If you are wondering if fear is an overwhelming emotion or if it has spiritual dimensions, consider that there are more than five hundred categorized phobias, ranging from claustrophobia (the fear of confined spaces) to nyctophobia (the fear of the dark).2 Phobias, panic attacks, nightmares, night terrors, and similar fear-based issues are all rooted in the spirit of fear. You have to combat fear with faith. Here are some faith statements that have been adapted from The Inner Healing and Deliverance Handbook to help you overcome fear: In Jesus’s name, I repent of and renounce every spirit of fear and every spirit that has afflicted me through the doorway of fear. I command the fear of sickness, plague, disease, and infirmity to go. The fear of dying and premature death and destruction must leave me now. I refuse the fear of lack, poverty, joblessness, not succeeding, not prospering, not having enough, lost business and lost income. I repent of the fear of the unknown and having an uncertain future right now. I will not fear! I repent of and renounce spirits of depression, weariness, sadness, isolation, loneliness, hopelessness, despondency, despair, and discouragement. I repent of and renounce spirits of anger, frustration, rage, violence, and abuse. I refuse all spirits of grief, hurt, and despair over lost loved ones. I repent of and renounce all spirits of alcohol, drug addiction, and any addictions in Jesus’s name. I command spirits of stress, worry, anxiety, confusion in the mind, mental breakdown, insanity, nervousness, and panic attacks to go. I have a sound mind! I command every spirit of hell released through bad news and bad-news reports to leave and never return. I command spirits of unbelief, doubt, backsliding, and lost intimacy with God to go. In Jesus’s name, I bind and forbid the strongman and the ruling spirit of this nation from afflicting me with fear in any way. Thank You, Jesus, for abundant life, long life, and Psalm 91 life and for delivering me from every fear assignment from hell. Thank You for Your joy, peace, health, favor, abundant prosperity, and a good night’s sleep. Amen!”
Exceptional, insightful, healing, and food for the spirit. I learned a lot while reading this book and wrote notes with every chapter. I’ve always been a dreamer, even have had a few prophetic dreams in the past. This author made me realize that I am not alone with my gifts. We are conditioned to pin the blame of our wild and lucid dreams on things we eat at night or our life circumstances. And while I can see one side of the coin with the psychological, Eivaz’s spiritual insight opened up a whole new understanding for me. It has me leaning more on God, on faith, and on prayer to further deepen the relationship I have with Him. I wish to read other books by her to gain more of her insight into these things. And I can say that I absolutely recommend this book to anyone with a curious mind.

Good solid information. I've read several other books on dreams and dreaming so I was hoping for something a bit more in depth. Still, a good read and a good review.
