An interesting book for anyone who wonders about humanity, how we got here, where we might go as a species and your own place in it.
I found the last two pages the most interesting about each person finding their own purpose.
At times it seems like a cruel joke. That humanity is unique, a bottled up, finite version of infinite consciousness and "you are so special". Hmmm...there are a few choice words I have about that and the pain that goes along with being human. But the infinite is too advanced to care about the pain of being finite and the suffering that ensues from that.
Although circling back I do love that we try to seek a bigger purpose, when it could be as simple as a human understanding the mind of her deceased mother, while cleaning the house she lived in and sorting out her late mother's possessions. It could be as simple as that.
Ultimately, there is nothing finite about us, except the body.

I discovered Lee Harris on Mayim Bialik’s podcast, ‘Breakdown’. It lead me to this book of an interview which I find absolutely fascinating. Regina Meredith is a highly skilled interviewer and the topic is an excellent discussion on where we’ve come from, where we’re heading, and how to absorb the knowledge from this book.

I was first introduced to channeled material forty years ago when a friend turned me onto The Nature of Personal Reality by Jane Roberts. Roberts channeled an entity named Seth and that book, and several others, were dictated by Ms. Robert's husband while she was in trance. I read all or most of the Seth books in a tear; they were revelatory for me in my twenties and radically expanded my view of reality.
Since then I have off and on read channelled material and some resonates with me and some definitely does not. This book, however, most definitely resonated with me. I listened to the audiobook and recommend it, as it is the actual recordings that were taped live and transcribed into the book. Lee Harris, co-author, channels "the Z's" a group of galactic entities that speak as one voice. Regina Meredith questions the Z's while they answer back through Harris. The chapters cover the ushering in of the new human, the evolution of the human body, mind and soul, human relationships, sexuality and gender, and systems and institutions. I found the information fascinating and the Z's to be funny, thoughtful, wise and compassionate with practical suggestions for individuals and groups to bring about positive change. I also found it incredibly hopeful, especially as I listened, during these dark times of cruel authoritarian overreach. I'm guessing this book will resonate for some and not others. If fact, my wife who overheard some, was turned off because it seemed like new age woo-woo (my paraphrase)!

Did not like many of Regina’s questions, which were often just highlights of her own biases and assumptions. No Regina, many of us are not at all worried or concerned about how “the spike protein” affected us … seriously? And the tired fixation on “those who control the system.” And the unexamined and also tired assertions about “our educational systems,” with homeschooling and mentorships being upheld as important innovations … I could go on a whole rant just about that but will leave it alone. There is some good info here but it comes mostly in spite of the questions she asks. The Z’s *thankfully* provide some redirection when she brings up “the transgender movement” and point out the importance of seeing transgender people as individuals navigating their own life experiences rather than some movement. The information on where to focus to navigate current and continued changes and upheaval is valuable. Just be prepared to slog through some common New Age conspiracy adjacent territory and if you care to make the effort, let it slide off to find the few nuggets you might appreciate. Or skip this one entirely - even the good info wasn’t life altering.

I knew after the first night that I did not love this book. I wanted to keep reading to find the part that spoke to me but I should have listened to my intuition. Hey, I wonder if this was a test? I typically really love books like this and eat them like potato chips, but for some reason this one fell flat for me. It felt industrial in that I mean it felt like looking at a schematic - here's how society will work but lacked heart, something that is ultimately essential to the evolution still in front of us. I did not click with the questions asked and pondered their importance. Why would what we physically manifest or look like as a people be so important in a few hundred years. Spoiler Alert - In a few hundred to a thousand years our governments and schools will be a lot more mindful. But hey, they or whatever replaces they will not have arrived there without your help and effort. So keep on trying to find that love that was barely mentioned the entire book. It felt so small. So uninteresting and lacked connection for me.

I love THE FUTURE HUMAN. It’s upbeat at a time when we all need a little uplift. Lee channels the Z’s, his guides or his soul family, who are formless beings in the universe. Regina asks intelligent questions about humanity’s future. Topics covered are about the children, how education is changing, what money is, and how humanity is evolving.
One of my favorite parts, the Z’s talk about are the creative. They say the “starving artist” is a healer or a “starving healer.” I think of Edgar Casey in this way. He did photography as a trade and gave readings for free and struggled financially. Creatives have been healers in the past. The day of creatives being taken advantage of is over. Amen. I am tired of the struggle. The Z’s say rebalance is here and not just for the creatives, but everything is being rebalanced. I love the pep talk!

The Future Human had some interesting ideas about where we’re headed and how our inner lives shape what’s coming. There were a few moments that really landed for me, like the reminder that “consciousness is driving you faster than your mind” and the idea that the next decade could be “a genuinely revelatory time on Earth.” Those were the kinds of lines that made me pause in a good way.
But overall, the book felt pretty repetitive, and I didn’t connect with the facilitator, Regina. Her contributions didn’t add much for me and sometimes made the whole thing feel a little dragged out.
Still, there are some solid nuggets and reflections in here if you enjoy spiritual-leaning conversations about human evolution.

The Z's themselves I would give 4 starts to, but I disliked the interviewer, Regina, and found their choice of her to interview them of concern. i thought her questions were shallow and ego-centric, but perhaps they reflected what the Z's wanted to communicate, and certainly they frequently resonated with the title (the Future Human), but i really don't care how tall humans will be in the future, when I'm desperately concerned for how we're going to GET to the future given our current state of affairs. Nonetheless, I did find the Z's delightful to listen to and also found it a helpful book to listen to for providing a hopeful template and useful reminder of where my energy is best spent.

'So, you are right that you are in the infant stages of learning what it [AI] is and what it isn't.’ 'We cannot, with any accuracy, predict the outcome of this by 2049.' This is as far as Lee Harris goes.

5⭐️ So good I listened twice in a row. If you’re ready to expand perspective and awaken something new in yourself, this will do it. It cracked me open and activated parts of me I didn’t even know were waiting.
It got me very excited for my purpose on earth and reminded me of my unique journey as a human especially during this very dense part of history. Highly, highly recommend listening to this one!

Anyone who is already in tune with their intuition or working on getting there should read this book. Lee Harris does an incredible job of channeling the answers to the questions asked by Regina Meredith and although not all the answers were the comforts I wanted to hear about the current state of the world, they did give me hope that there will, indeed, be future humans.

I would give this book 4 stars probably just for myself. I already knew pretty much everything in here. However it was such nice frequencies coming through and I loved hearing their in time conversations. Channeled information gives such a nice buzzy feeling in the body and such clarity in the mind. An important book for the future of humanity
This is an amazing read. Even if you are a skeptic, I would recommend reading this because the message is delivered in gentle supportive way that does not demand that you agree with what is said but offers you an opportunity to look at humanity, this planet, in a different way.

This is the book I didn't know I needed to read. It has validated so many things I know in my heart and believe to be true to the depth of my soul. It also gave me insights and new perspective to consider. Very uplifting and provided so much hope for the future.
