This book is split into two stories, the first being of Lilah and Brady, the second is of Jade and Dell. Truthfully, I think I could have done without the second story completely. The premise was too similar between the two stories, both of people that were having sex with no commitment, only to fall in love and then be afraid of asking for the relationship. I enjoyed reading the first story, but when I started in on the second half of the book, it was too similar and I lost interest quickly. It took some effort to make myself finish the book.

I found this "Target Exclusive" at Dollar Tree and figured that a 2-in-1 book was a good deal. But not really. I am surprised that there are so many in this series as there can only be so many broken men and strong women in one little town and them allllllll be animal lovers.
I almost want to read Adam's story with (I assume) Holly just so I can complete that small trilogy of the brothers from Sunshine but thankfully, it was not included in this volume and I can spare myself the recycled storylines and linear thinking that all the characters seem to share.

It has taken a while for me to read this book I wasn’t sure exactly when I got this book from the library but I at least had it since January so it has taken me 2 months just to read this. Anywho I thinks there’s way too much sexual content going on every day there’s either dell n jade or Brady n Lilah having sex which I have no problem with but it’s almost like there hooking up but then go and say “I want to have a relationship with you”..Like I think the relationships were cute but I just couldn’t stand the fact that they would be in a “relationship” but basically every time they hanged out it was like a BOOTYCALL.There was no romantic connection between the couples (Brady n Lilah,Jade n Dell) I think it wouldn’t be as bad if they would have dates have deep connection conversations maybe I could’ve saw this side if she would had extended Jade and Dells book pages a little longer.

Uopce mi nije jasno zasto je ovo toliko dobro ocijenjeno. Totalno predvidljivo i klisejasto. I unatoc tome sto nisam (ali zapravo potajno doista jesam!) neki ljubitelj ljubica, bila sam otvorenog uma. Mogu reci da je dobro stivo za opustanje, no inace je potpuno sranje za napaljene klinke. Ima ipak

I enjoyed Magnetism more than Attraction, but both stories were good. Funny, cute, sexy. I’m an animal lover so I love the vet/rescue storylines. Only thing I wasn’t too fond of is the “everyone is jaded, who’s gonna cave and admit their feelings first” in both stories. Other than that, I liked them!

This was my first Jill Shalvis book and I was not disappointed! Brady & Lilah were fun and strong. I loved all the crazy animals that came in and out of their lives. A happy ending that you cheer for all along!

My second reading of this series, first was audiobooks which are great. The series centers around two animal care centers and the band of misfits who run them. The stories are laugh out loud funny and steamy (lots of spice).

This had the first two Animal Magnetism stories. The first was Animal Magnetism #1 and was the love story between Lilah Young and Brady Miller. Brady is a helicopter pilot who has taken leave to meet with his two foster brothers in Sunshine, Idaho. Lilah operates an animal rescue facility and boards animals when their owners are away. She works closely with Brady’s brothers who operate a veterinary clinic. Brady meets Lilah when she runs into the back of his truck. He has always been a loner and doesn’t want any sort of commitment although he is strongly attracted to Lilah. Lilah has told him “no strings” even when she doesn’t believe it. Can these two make it when they are both so attracted to each other?

The second is Animal Attraction (#2 in the Animal Magnetism series) and centers around Jade Bennett and Dr Dell Connelly. Jade left Chicago and painful memories and settled in the small town of Sunshine, Idaho. She found a job working in an animal hospital with Dell. Dell was known as the “love-em and leave-em” type and was commitment shy. Jade tried to tell herself to see him only as her boss but, after one night together, neither one of them knew it would not be the same.

This book reminds me of the bride quartet sequel by Nora Robert, except that it's 2-in-1 series. It's a free and easy book perfect for reading leisurely on the go. Initially upon reading this book, I like how the characters, Lilah Young and Brady Miller were defined by their personalities, such as their penchant for sweet treats. I like the humor and the charm of the story. However the touchy and getting-into-each-other parts were specified too many times which dawned upon me that their love was aroused by appearance and sex. This is also something similar to the latter part between Dell and Jade. But I do enjoy the read as a whole.

it is a combination of the first two stories and it really has me hooked, its all thanks to my grandmother who introduced me to this book before passing away. She said its a trashy romance novel and it is one of the best i have read in a long time.
