Empowering workbook, it's not a "quick fix" or magic bullet rather a paradigm shifting read. This book guides the reader to challenge accepted beliefs around self and body-image. Prompts to pivot away from self as ornament and self as a whole human being, who is on this Earth for a short time to relish in preoccupations far grander than worrying about the circumference of one's thighs.
