The Tycoon's Defiant Southern Belle
Jade couldn’t believe her eyes. There was an enormous man sitting in front of the roaring fire. The house was supposed to be empty! So what was this giant man, or beast, doing in front of the immense fire, looking like something out of a horror movie?

Big Apple Brotherhood book 3. This Angelo and Jade story. The best book in the series. It takes you on an emotional trip. Angelo extra aphaness but with a keen sense of WTF vulnerability. Jade is a smart mouthed but ever so naive to the core. Perseverance and understanding the past is key to these two love story. The story is dramatic, heartfelt and passionate. Funny at times but angsty in the same breath. Loved this series. Super awesome read.

a sweet romance
This story may seem to happen to somebody we know despite the fact that Angelo is a rich man but it is such a good read. I relate to the struggle Jade went through when she feels she wasn’t true to her principles but I commend her for fighting for her love.
I like that Ms Lennox has refrained from using “my beauty” to describe her heroine as she fondly does in her other books. I wish that she had added more scenes showing the growing care that Angelo feels for Jade. Sexual attraction is part of love but those emotional tugs brought by care and acts of protection reinforces that you are wanted.

What a wonderful story about two people who are worlds apart but somehow manage to overcome many obstacles to find their happily ever after! The story starts with a cat named "Jasper," who leads her owner, Jade, into a beautiful, Spanish style mansion, which is rumored to be haunted, and the story begins! There Jade meets a very scary enormous man... is he a man or is he even human? Jade decides there is something dark, broken and painfully sad about this man and her curiosity is piqued! She realizes he is the very wealthy tycoon, Angelo Donati, who is on a mission to buy up all the pharmaceutical companies in the area. It does not take long for Angel to realize that he wants Jade in his bed and in his life, but there is one problem, Jade has a boyfriend, Dave, and she intends to be faithful to him. Angelo, however has other ideas. You will love this book. It is filled with many twists and turns, emotions, egos, humor and romance. If you have not read any of Elizabeth Lennox's books, and she has written many, here is a wonderful place to start!!!

Jade goes next door to an old rundown house looking for her cat! She finds the cat curled up in the lap of a huge and GEORGEOUS man. She talks him into renovating the old house ,so he hires her to do the job! This is a love story to top all love stories! She writes a mean book if you haven't read her books it's about time to start this is the best love story Jade and Angelo are made for each other but takes awhile for them to find out a lot happens but I'll let you read about it your self you will enjoy it as much as I did so start reading and enjoy Margie Moran

I loved this book!!!!!! I must say that since I started to read Elizabeth Lennox books I have not been disappointed in any of them. The ending was great even though I didn't want it to end !!!!! Fantastic.

for some reason i could not connect with this book, no matter how many breaks i took to finish it. it was ok, but i just couldnt connect. i made myself finish, well i skimmed through to find out what happened after 50% because i just couldnt take it anymore, it was dragging on to much.

Very sweet story. Really liked Angelo and his unwavering feelings for Jade even when she was giving him the run around. Nice ending.
