A well-written novel that will have you turning the pages to the very last. Full of action, ancient intrigue, tales of old battles with an understanding of the mind-set of the ancient Spartan's thrown in. Your dollar won't be wasted by a purchase of this novel. As he writes, Mike Rogers paints a big picture. Accordingly, it's easy to see why this would translate to film. Top job Mike.

Good read

Good read

I would have given it 5 stars if the final battle scene would been more fleshed out. Overall I would recommend it. I did like that it was a short story that could be finished in a single reading.
Good work Mr. Rodgers.

Well written.

somewhat drawn out.
a decent author. Will consider other books written by him. Now I will read a good mystery with less killing.
