As the second term of high school winds down, Tomoko Kuroki's life continues to be full of awesome...nothing. But ever the optimist, she pins her hopes on the possibilities that winter break will bring. Unfortunately, there's a cold breeze blowing in more ways than one, and Tomoko's in for a disappointment. Is she doomed to spend her theoretically monumental first year as an HSG without any friends at all?!
This 4th volume delivers another dose of humor, featuring a relatable marathon mishap involving a desperate need to, well, hold it. (when ya gotta go ya gotta go! ) We've all been there, right? The final chapter takes a different turn, showcasing her awkward attempts at maturity, which hilariously backfire, making her seem even more childlike than her younger companion. Overall, it's a laugh-out-loud read with moments of delightful cringe. Always fun.
I have this book the same ratings as the others. This book is a lot funnier than volume 2 and 3 and just as funny as volume 1. This book is a great installment for the series!
I'm really enjoying this series. It's fun and relatable. I love the characters, and that it is easy to keep the characters straight. The plot is good and even though it seems like it is not going anywhere it really is, the main character is just trying various things to figure out how to get more popular.
Il secondo anno è iniziato e la povera Tomoko sembra destinata a un certo numero di interazioni forzate con ben tre nuovi personaggi,al momento la cosa risulta promettente.
