Un libro que se enmarca en los primeros estadios de la tercera ola feminista (principios de los 90) y que tiene que cogerse como tal por algunas ideas que contiene.
Reflexiones de varias autoras (y de tres autores; solo he leído la del primero de ellos y me ha resultado muy cansino por su "los hombres también sufren mucho") sobre qué nos hace mujeres a nivel psicológico (se centra muchísimo en la psicología jungiana), el papel de la mujer en la sociedad, el feminismo, y cómo afecta el patriarcado al desarrollo de las mujeres, tantos psicológicamente como espiritualmente.
El problema que he tenido con el libro es que tiene un enfoque espiritual demasiado relacionado con Dios (y otros tipos de divinidades), algo que yo no comparto, por lo que no me siento apelada por muchas ideas de desarrollo personal que ofrece. Aun así el libro tiene algunas ideas interesantes que me han ayudado a reflexionar y a cuestionarme ciertas cosas.
I finished it yesterday. The most attractive has been the story of Arthur and the enigmatic question, reading about kindness, nobleness, friendship and the wanting of women owning their own life. Tears embracing me by the sentiments expressing in this chapter.
