Very profound, informative book full of intrinsic information. Very interesting part of storytelling. I dont understand so low rating. I constantly am reading psychology, self help books and most of them are worse then this book. This book was written by professional, who did his research and wrote systematical matter. Dont know what other readers had expected. I like it a lot.
Most of the books of that genre are providing the similar theses. Nothing especially new. I am happy when i can implement something in my life or when it helps regarding potential job in mind.

A good little read, to keep your motivations high and make you think about certain strengths and weaknesses in your career life.
Lot's of little tips and research results telling you how you can improve certain aspects within your career.

Not a "heavy" book by any means. Almost "child-like" in it's simplicity.
