I liked this book a lot. It gave me a lot of knowledge of what one can get addicted to and what they can't. It shows how to overcome something one would feel like you think has a hold over you. This book was very helpful in the way of recovering my addiction, shopping, I would get a pay check and want to spend it all on anything and everything I wanted. It was really bad. I liked this book a lot bc it showed pictures of emotions and what would occurs if u kept it going. Addiction, shows that u can be addicted to almost everything. I like it mostly because I started taking psychology this year and it helps me understand why people do the things they do. I would recommend this book to a lot of high school students so they would know that being addicted to something isn't as hip as one would think. This book would also be great for addicts for more serious problems.
