I've used this book for years, experiencing great success with every recipe--nearly cover-to-cover. (The mackerel being the only exception, and that was just some bad fish.) The marinades, rubs, sauces and salsas alone make this book worth owning and getting spills on the pages!

Love this book. Practical application and sound grilling techniques. Delicious butters and salsas to add to the protein courses.

Update: 6/2013 This IS my go-to book for summer! Great for entertaining!
