A dense read, I probably would have gotten more out of it with for focussed attention (instead of across several lunch breaks).

I think this pamphlet was extremely helpful for my political development. It provided a comprehensive, though maybe not exhaustive, historical context to the rank-and-file method. I was recommended this reading by a comrade in DSA's Bread & Roses caucus as part of my recruitment literature and I'm really glad he did! I feel like I've come away with a good understanding of the rank-and-file method, the transitional program, and U.S. union / class struggle history! I definitely recommend!
