The 'new to networking' person will find the starting out sections helpful and the seasoned veteran may find the 'what happens when the competition walks in' a bit more to their needs.
There are so many WAYS to network and so many TYPES of networking groups and events but there is always a common denominator - we must meet more people to get the word out about that particular product or service; the successful networker realizes that making connections and building relationships is the most effective way to accomplish this ultimate goal.
Networking on Steroids is a very quick read, packed full of practical tips as well as examples of what TO DO and what NOT TO DO in the networking arena. From starting a conversation with someone at an event to 'breaking into' a group and getting to know each of them, there are ways to 'control' what happens without appearing rude or pushy.
Networking On Steroids is a MUST READ for anyone who makes his/her living by marketing a product or service. From the entrepreneur to the corporate magnate, everyone could glean something from this 'how to' manual.
Everything you always wanted to know about networking... and were afraid to ask... just may be located in the pages of this incredible publication.

This book is filled with helpful tips about networking. Most of them are so simple, yet many people don't think to do them.

I recently interviewed the author of this book, Cathy Weaver, for my podcast series, Author Interviews with the Working Writer's Coach. That interview is available at www.bestauthorinterviews.com
