Harmony Starks, and her cousin Brey, are both working as medical assistants in an inner city hospital located in Flint, Michigan. One day after Brey neglects to show up for work, or return any of her cousin’s phone calls, Harmony is convinced that something terrible had happened to her. The local authorities have publicly denied that the town’s serial killer, infamously known as The Murdering Equations case, has returned despite the fact that dead bodies are steadily piling up around the city of Flint. Harmony’s life quickly begins to spiral out of control as secrets are revealed, linking members of her family to the heinous killings.
