This book is especially good for Small Business, students, healthcare professionals and research experts, manufacturing, government industry--any industry or people wanting to find out how to improve the bottom line in their company, impress (or at least demonstrate) what they are doing, minimizing errors.

Six Sigma is complex and daunting, and this book and QI Macros makes the process easier to understand and to learn. It works "bottom up" by drawing your chart first, then analyzing it. You don't have to understand every little things about your data.

No-nonsense approach.
