The third book in the series and probably the one with most twists and surprises. Once again, Felicia Tatum delivered a grand masterpiece in the form of Olivia, Scott, Sadie and Aiden. These characters have evolved a lot and I couldn't help but beam at the development of the story.
Upon learning the truth about the real Devlin's Descendant, Scott's heart was shattered to pieces, because he knew right there and then that they may not be able to ever break the curse, that he and Olivia could never be together, ever. And knowing that a member of his kin would do such a betrayal was really painful and excruciating.
Olivia experienced betrayal at its finest while Scott struggled so much to save their relationship. Aiden had completely changed my perception of him from the first book and I came to love him now. Sadie, she's someone I definitely want to know more. Livvie's brother Kyle was also a revelation in the book.
Felicia Tatum's writing was flawless and captivating. I liked the way she made Olivia, Scott, Sadie and Aiden stood out in their own rights, in their own place. The magical/sorcery elements in the story were dazzling and distinctive, full of action, drama and adventure. I couldn't ask for anything more. Except wait for the 4th book, of course! Yay!

Very good book! There were a lot of surprises in Devlin's Descendant to keep you reading.
I really thought that this was the last book in the series so imagine my surprise when Felicia Tatum left me hanging yet again. The great thing about Felicia's cliffhangers is that she doesn't just take you for an exciting ride and then make you get off when it's over. It's a little more gentle than that. It's like she gives you a hug at the end. An "I'm sorry I'm ending the story here and not where you want me to" hug. Does it feel like that for anybody else? It's not as harsh as some cliffhangers tend to be.
It seemed like there was quite a bit of time spent on Sadie's budding attraction in this book. It didn't bother me one bit since Sadie has been my favorite character since the first book. It was nice to finally get a little more of her.
Be prepared for a little sweet romance, a little mystery, and a whole lot of excitement. Great third installment. I am highly anticipating the fourth!

I really love the white aura books . This book was amazing each book just gets better and better .There is ever a dull moment in this book or a dull moment full stop for poor olivia and scott .Poor poor aiden my heart bleeds for him.I just love aiden and really want something happy for him .Sadie is amazing and really love her .I so carnt wait till the next book the ending to this book leaves you begging for more yeh the ending is that good Felicia Tatum did amazing job with this book i really loved it and really want the next book like right now hint hint (please hurry and release it soon beging here )

Book 3 was just as enjoyable as the previous two books in the series. It is the continuing saga of sorcery, witchcraft, vampires and the paranormal world. As the characters have evolved it doesn't seem right to just call it a love story of Scott and Olivia. Felicia continues to keep me wanting more and is still providing enough twists and turns and surprises that aren't making this reader disappointed.
I realize that many readers love a good series and I typically run out of steam by the end of a trilogy and am rather surprised that I'm actually ok with this story continuing.

It gets better and better, I love this series. It is well thought out and put together perfectly. Normally I had books that go back and forth between characters but the author flows them together so nicely that I don't mind that at all. A few times, not many, I did have to go back a page because I forgot who's POV it was but other then that I can't find one thing wrong with this book or the others. READ THIS SERIES!! I wish book 4 was out already but sadly I have to wait til Spring 2014, really??

I recently won a contest that enabled me to receive all of the White Aura Series as a gift. After reading the first book, I just had to keep reading to see what would happen to the characters next. I found myself reading through the night, AGAIN, just so I can see what happened in the next book! Can't wait to keep reading and see what Felicia Tatum has in store for her characters!

Amazing. Phenomenal. Addicting. THE WHITE AURA SERIES by Felicia Tatum is a MUST, especially if you’re a fan of YA Paranormal Romances! With twists and turns that had me guessing what would happen next, these books were true page turners. I was hooked from the very beginning and they held my attention all the way through.
Felicia Tatum developed fantastic characters that were easy to understand and relate to. Her writing style was, to me, impeccable. The main reason I loved it so much was because it allowed me to see everything through the characters’ eyes. Aside from the books having different POVs, the amount of details provided created an über clear picture of the scenes unfolding, and yet, they weren’t wordy, which is something I hate in books. Honestly, this series felt balanced – another huge PLUS! The books had a bit of everything: passion, drama, suspense, and of course, paranormal aspects, without going over-board or over-doing it.

Scott’s family had been cursed many, MANY years ago. If they met their heartmate before they (the heartmate) were 17 years and 6 months old, they would die the moment they turned 18. And that’s where the problem started. You see, Scott met Olivia (Livvie) when she was 16-ish, only she didn’t know him. The moment he laid eyes on her, he knew she was his soulmate. He knew she was meant for him. Being a 5th generation sorcerer meant he had a few great powers, thought, one which included dream-walking. So he began visiting Livvie in her dreams, waiting for the day she could meet him in real life and fall in love with him.
Thinking she was going insane, Livvie didn’t tell anyone, not even her best friend, about Mr. Sexy, the boy she’d been dreaming about for the past year. Now 17 years old, Livvie was experiencing things that were making Scott’s “waiting plan” a whole lot more difficult. She was no longer safe.

Before Livvie was 18.
A LOT happened to Scott and Olivia. A LOT. Upon meeting, now it was a battle – in more ways than one – not only against the curse, but other enemies. Like I mentioned before, Felicia Tatum delivered twists, turns, and many surprises which you have to experience for yourself, so I won’t go into any of the details. But know this – the buildup was amazing! I seriously enjoyed this series from beginning to end and I cannot wait to read Sadie’s book: SCORNFUL SADIE!

Devlin’s Descendant is book three in the White Aura series about a sorcerer family with an evil curse.
This book doesn’t disappoint, and I loved the new developments in this tale.
The story begins with Aiden’s capture. The Crimson Calamitous who is a wicked sorcerer kidnaps Aiden and had once used him as a vessel. He warns Aiden about using his body again to get what he wants. Aiden is surprised to discover Scott’s brother Sebastian is working with the Crimson Calamitous by allowing him to reside within his flesh.
Meanwhile, Scott and his younger sister Sadie tell their grandmother about Devlin’s descendant. Grams is just as shocked as they are on who it is, and she vows to help them find a solution to this heart wrenching problem.
Aiden’s captor releases him with the promise of coming back to possess his body. Everyone is happy when Aiden appears at Scott’s house–especially Sadie.
This is one of the developments that delighted me . . .

The more I read this series, the more I’m loving Sadie’s character. She turns sixteen in this book, is becoming a powerful sorceress, and she’s sassy. I love how she is.
Aiden gives subtle hints about his feelings towards Sadie, but she keeps denying how he makes her feel. She even gets annoyed with how her body reacts when he’s nearby, like butterflies in her stomach. It’s cute, and I love Sadie’s demeanor in trying to brush off her growing attraction towards Aiden.
Towards the end of this story, Scott, Olivia, Sadie, and Aiden are forced to take a trip to the mountains where deep inside the Sorcery Council awaits their arrival. When they confront this group, they’re taken aback by one of the members and shocked by the information given to them. I loved this unexpected surprise and the other one that follows when the four of them are back home. This last one is freaky, and I’m looking forward to finding out what’s going to happen next.
Felicia did a great job in keeping this story interesting and has the wonderful ability to keep surprising me along the way. :)

I love The White Aura series, but it seems as the books get moving, I love them all more than the last. Devlin’s Descendant is packed full of action and keeps you wanting to read just ONE MORE PAGE as the story goes and before long it is 3am and you are done the book and upset that you have just lost contact with characters you have come to love.
In this book we get to see Livvie and Scott grow closer as they are figuring out the curse together, although Scott is hiding a secret from Livvie that could change the way she sees their relationship. Scott has finally learned to accept Aiden in his life, only because Aiden makes Livvie happy and is one of her Best Friends.
Aiden and Sadie are building a close relationship as the book moves. We get to dabble in Sadie’s head a bit on what she is feeling with him. Aiden has started falling for Sadie or the innocence that she is creating. Sadie spends most of her time trying to hide her feelings for Aiden and not letting them be known to the others, she never saw Livvie figuring it out.
We finally get to meet the Council in this book, and it is here where you hope that you get some answers about what happened to Livvie’s Parents and who the Descendant is that must be killed in order to break the curse on Scott’s Family.
I really did enjoy this book as the characters got to grow more as the story progressed, we learned more about their personalities and believe me, there are MANY surprises along the way that left me speechless that I did not see happening.

You have to be kidding me, right?! I had to stop myself from tossing my tablet across the room. The crap just got deeper and thicker. Are The Council really the good guys? They don't seem like it. You can tell just by the way Harlow, council head acted and the way she talked about Scott's family. They seem to be threatened by people more powerful than them. Who the crap do they think they are giving Olivia that kind of choice in such a sort time. Poor Olivia, it's like one betrayal after another and now Kyle has lost his crap. The whole Sadie and Aiden situation is hilarious and so adorable. It's Olivia and Scott vs the world I swear. She seriously needs to get mad instead of cry. She need to let it all out before something bad happens. That ending was something else. I have so many emotions running through me right now I can't beginning to start sorting them out. I can not wait to read the conclusion.

One thing I love about these books is although you always get one hell of a cliffhanger ending, the start of the next book drops you straight back in - no waffling, no messing around, just BOOM! and you're back.
Things are definitely moving on now - Scott and Livvie need to sort out their relationship, Sadie and Aiden's relationship is changing and growing ever deeper, Kyle is acting strange, for that matter, so is Anna. They find out who's helping the Red Calamari ;) and it causes shockwaves. Olivia also has to meet with The Council and has some more surprises in store along the way. The more this story goes on, the more I am enjoying it!
This one is written from four perspectives - Olivia, Scott, Aiden and Sadie so you get a well-rounded view on who is thinking what.

This is Book 3 of the White Aura Series and each book gets better and better. My favorite thing about this series is that the chapters switch POV's between characters and the author always nails it by not repeating things that happened in the previous chapter. In the first book, I didn't like Aiden at all. In Book 2, he got on my nerves at times. In this book, love him! The moments between Aiden and 'Sade' were always entertaining in the way they are so desperately trying to keep from letting the other know they're attracted to them. Livvie and Scott are as cute a couple as always and I love the heat between them. There was a lot of new information given in this book and I cannot WAIT to read the next one! Seriously...I'll never make it to Spring 2014 to find out what happens next!!

This series was amazing! I totally cant wait for the next one to come out. I love how you learn about each character and how they all progress throughout the story. It is packed with adventure and has you experience all the emotions with the characters.
I love when books are up and down and just transforms you into the the world that you are reading about. I can't wait to see what happens with them and how they overcome. It also has some shocking secrets that come out in this one. I do feel sorry for Olivia's brother and am surprised about how they found out. Like I said this book has you feel the emotions with the character and is truly a great read. If you haven't started on this series then you should check them out and tart reading them.

What can I say I am still in love with the characters and this series. Devlins Descendant starts off with a bang Aiden's kidnapping, finding out who the descendant is so Scott can kill them and lift the curse, and to finding out betrayal comes from family and friends. Sadie's point of view has been added to this book just showing us how much of a fighter she is. Olivia birthday is just around the corner with tension getting high with everyone, throw in Olivia's brother Kyle becoming unbound and being a vampire, the vessel is once taken over. Devlin's Descendant came with a short story on Scott and Olivia's first christmas together very sweet and so much like the couple. I cannot wait for the final book to see how the story comes together.

Devlin's Descendant, the third White Aura book, is filled with action from start to finish. I read it in two nights, unable to put it down because every page seemed to have a new revelation that I needed to know more about.
The characters all go through massive changes, evolutions, and trials, and I can't wait to see what happens next. I will be waiting with baited breath for book four. May 26, 2015Ok so in the third book we learn that the kidnapper is none other than Sebastian Scott's Brother. that have noticed him acting funny lately. always angry hates to spend time with the family. pulling stupid pranks with his magic. i am starting to believe that Aiden and Sadie are going to be heart mates. she is acting all weird around him. When the group go to meet the council they find someone there that surprises them. the council gives Olivia a touch mission she must beat the CC and Devlin who originally made the curse. but funny thing that is that her dad is working with him.... we shall see what happens in the last book

As the story of Scott, Livie and their friends continue it just keeps getting better and better..
The thrill of what will happen next to Aiden and the one who I can say the "traitor" that helped the Crimson Calamitous.. Gah!! It's killing me!! And the surprises of the events that happened, amazing!!
This series is one of my favorite.. =)

This was a very enjoyable read that I could not put down once I started.
It moved along at a great pace from the very first word all the way till the very last. Has characters that are amazing and you cannot help but fall in love with and a story that is so entertaining that it sucks you in and will not let you go until you are finished.
Felicia Tatum is an awesome author and I love reading her books.

I loved the other two books in this series and was so excited to read this one and continue the journey, but it didn't seem as good. The story just has so much going on in such a little time and you can get lost on which issue they're addressing. In fact the one main problem seems to disappear in this book, except for a few mentions. Still it was a good story and I'm excited for the next book.

I loved this book. It answered some questions but but raised a few others. The characters after reading all three books in this series are my friends and I cant wait for the next book in the saga!!! I just love Felicias style of writing. She is so knowledgeable and her books are fun and wonderful!!! this one again is worth 5 stars!!!!

This new installment in the White Aura series just took me for a ride!! With more twists and adventure it kept me hooked from page one!! I loved some of the new developments but am worried about some others. The next book will definitely be bittersweet!

WOW!!! This book is amazing, had me gripped from the very start, I couldn't put it down.
There is so much magic, mystery and unknown in this book you just want to devour it....I can't believe I have to wait until spring 2014 for the next instalment!!!

As things get more complicated with the descendant Scott and Olivia are searching for to save her life, the find out it is her. The council have given her an ultimatum and they might let her live. Olivia must kill Devlin and Aiden (or the one that keeps taking over Aiden)

Ahh I just loved this! I think it is my favorite of the series so far!! So many surprises and feelings. And that ending? OMG! I can't wait to read the next! This is such a great series :)
