I think I could count on one hand the number of "romance" books I've read. My interest tends more to history and crime. But since I know the author, I decided to read her first book. I only learned a few months ago that she is a published author. This is a sweet story and a fun read. I am in awe of anyone who would even try to write a book, and I'm proud of Marilyn for the seriousness with which she approaches her craft.

I didn't really like this book. Nothing really happened. I expected more out of this book than there was. I would definitely NOT read this book again.

Cute story. Quick read. Nice characters. I have read about four of these books by Marilyn Shank in a row and I have enjoyed all of them. Definitely chick lit.
