La parte de nutrición no me convence pero los ejercicios están bien explicados y con fotos y los circuitos son lo suficientemente variados como para que cualquiera pueda utilziar o adaptar uno a su propio nivel de forma. Interesante pero no tan completo como su libro "Complete Calysthenics".
This is an excellent book written by a former Royal Marine. It requires little to no equipment although also caters for people with home gyms or access to commercial gyms.
It its mostly focused on Plyometrics and circuit training with sprint/speed work etc...
I'm not sure if this would help with muscle growth, but it would certainly help with fat loss in a cutting phase. With the types of workouts it should help maintain muscle with HGH release.
