Charlotte returns to Public for her junior year. She's intent on fighting the rising power of the Nocturns, but many paranormals are happy to bury their heads in the sand, or worse, side with darkness. She can rely on the loyalty of her friends, but that won't be enough to stop the forces of evil. Will Charlotte stand alone, or will the paranormals rise to help her?

In this book, Charlotte is using one of the powers of being an Elemental more than the others! Can you guess which one? Right! Lots going on in Charlotte's Junior Fall Semester, and more fighting with demons and things! On to the next! I cannot stop now!!
Elemental Air is book six of the Paranormal Public series by Maddy Edwards.
It's junior year at Public... and Charlotte is saddled with a crazy dorm mother intent on suffocating her, for her own good of course. Sip is away planning for the gala to celebrate the promotion of President Oliva, who's not nearly as nice as his fake identity as a student used to be. Oh, and pretty much everyone hates Charlotte now, not that the feeling is much of a surprise. Although, the random bombings around school with the sign of six just might be.
Charlotte is just beginning (a little belatedly in my mind) to figure out how important she is in the scheme of things. She's called to task by Nolan (good for him) for being focused on the wrong things in this war. And she's got to confront that before everything can get out of control.
I just love coming back to these books. It's like talking to a friend you haven't seen in awhile, but they're so comfortable to be around it's like you never parted. I encourage you to pick this series up if you haven't done so. They're fast easy reads that aren't boring! Plus the author Maddy Edwards writes them supper fast and has them put on Amazon for downloading at a great price! She's a very hands on author, and is happy to answer question when I've had them. Good Books, Good Author, 5 stars!
I find reading book that are in a series sometimes becomes a bit predictable as there is only so much story you can write about a Paranormal Academy and Demons trying to overthrow it. That being said, this story was interesting but not consuming compared to the previous books. Lisabelle is a favourite of mine though her snark is a bit luke-warm at times but there is enough action and plot twists to keep you reading. Charlotte has never had it easy but her A-Team are back together and even Queen Lanca makes an appearance to stand by her friends in their battle against evil.
Charlotte and the others return to Public for their junior year. She's intent on fighting the rising power of the Nocturns, but many paranormals are happy to bury their heads in the sand, or worse, side with darkness. Will Charlotte stand alone, or will the paranormals rise to help her? I have to say i'm addicted to this series. I love Charlotte and her group of misfits. Her relationship with her friends is what everyone hopes for and strives for. If only she could see that she is important and needed. Everyone else sees it, why not her?
I really enjoyed the start and end of this book, the middle was bit angering, Martha....... that is. I wanted to jump in and wrap my hands around her throat. I actually put the book down for a few hours to alleviate my anger. But when I picked it up again I was happy as the ending was really good.
now i am hooked. This was such a great, easy and creative book. i was hooked after the first page.
The characters were easy to fall in love with and follow, along with the story. the author made the mental visions so easy and vivid of the surroundings and the characters actions felt so real.
i would highly recommend this author and this book.
