OMG I love this book. 5++ I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. *Spoiler Alert*
This is the third and final book for the Meadowlarks series. This story is filled with loved, suspense and revenge. I was crying, I was laughing and I was screaming at the characters.
Weston is Riley’s boss and he is a very arrogant man. He knows he is sex on a stick. He continues to try to get Riley in bed because of his shall we say "maleness" but also because "she sees right through him." I like how the author explained why he ended his loveless marriage to Elsa. It helped show that deep down he really has a heart. Since his marriage to Elsa wasn’t equally faithful, he had an affair with Sara. He ends things with her and it doesn’t go well – she goes stalker on him. Soon after he meets Leah, a famous musician (Riley’s friend) and he gets that feeling again- something more than attraction. As the story unravels Weston finally showed his true colors and so does everyone else in the story. The end has a surprising twist.
