Am I the only one here who finds stories from the earlier TSGS books to be of greater quality in terms of scare factor? Some of the stories in Book 23 fell flat for me. The interviews and investigations fared much better - could it be possible that my taste has matured and changed now that I am an adult? There were two two-part stories, one of which I skipped, that I am not invested enough to follow.
