This manga never fails to put me in a good mood. Pretty similar to the other volumes in what to expect as far as characters and humor, following the six girls of the Hidamari apartments in their daily lives. Some of the episodes included here are a class trip to Hokkaido for Sae and Hiro, Yuno losing her apartment key, a visit to the arcade, Yuno returning home for a visit, and a clothes shopping trip. This volume gives an overall feeling of change for the girls. Hiro and Sae begin to contemplate their last year at Yamabuki, Miyako and Yuno take new classes and grow into their roles as sempai, and Nazuna and Nori adjust to their new lives at the apartments.
