Oof 🫣, this was probably the worst personal development book I’ve read in awhile. This book referred a lot of “new age” things and I definitely don’t live that way at all.

I wish I could say I gained something new by reading this but, I didn’t. I honestly felt like I wasted my time with this one.

I learned nothing new about relaxing or overcoming stress. Everything that’s talked about in this book, is talked about in every other personal development book I’ve read.

Unless you want to read about how to hold leaves, smell them, and be one with nature, skip this one.
