While taking my EMT course, this was our primary textbook. The companion website was helpful for review and the chapters were all comprehensible. The only thing that bugged me while reading was the way certain things and their treatments were organized. The book would cover the sickness and injuries associated with each chapter then explain treatments. Rather than describing a sickness then describing the treatment the two parts were sort of separated so I would have to skip a few pages to learn the corresponding information. Other than that, the book was great. I've been prepared for my tests.
