Recipes look simple and delicious

Just got the book but looking at all the recipes, they all look yummy and simple enough for me to do. I'm not a gourmet cook so I look for recipes that don't have ingredients that are a mile long. Ingredients are simple and stuff that I already have in the cupboard. Looking forward to trying some of the recipes.

Afternoon Tea (Breakfast Casseroles, Quiche, Muffins and Scone Recipes)
Most recipes have a picture but there is no nutritional information. There is quite a selection of foods to choose from that sound very flavor appealing.
Butters, scones with tips on how to achieve success with these, toppings, casseroles, syrups and quiches. Great resource for one who needs inspiration for breakfast and brunch meals.

Not just for Christmas

This is one of those rare cookbooks that I will go through and make everything. It has muffins both savoury and sweet. Same thing with scones. Baked French toast in various forms, and breakfast casseroles. It also has complementary sauces, spreads and toppings. Well written and easy to understand directions. Little pictures of most of the finished products.

Afternoon delights

One quick and simply delightful and easy recipe after another. One dish wonders that children and adults can make, enjoy eating and laugh without stress the entire time. Great for the experienced and greater for the inexperience d because there is room to grow , change, experiment and be encouraged to make it your own.
