A nice variety of both sweet and savory recipes, mostly for breakfast time. None of these are complex or require extensive ingredients. There are a few which an ingredient or two is missing (Spinach and Cheese casserole is one) . In the directions the ingredient is mentioned in the recipe steps, but it hasn't been included in the actual ingredients list. Definitely could use another proofread to double check all recipes.

Perfect for bridging the gap between casual snacking and formal tea service. The scones here are flaky and buttery, exactly what you hope for, while the muffins offer sweet and savory twists. I also appreciated the inclusion of breakfast casseroles, which round out the menu for all-day entertaining. It’s a practical guide for hosting friends without spending hours baking. Recipes look simple and delicious

Just got the book but looking at all the recipes, they all look yummy and simple enough for me to do. I'm not a gourmet cook so I look for recipes that don't have ingredients that are a mile long. Ingredients are simple and stuff that I already have in the cupboard. Looking forward to trying some of the recipes.

Most recipes have a picture but there is no nutritional information. There is quite a selection of foods to choose from that sound very flavor appealing.
Butters, scones with tips on how to achieve success with these, toppings, casseroles, syrups and quiches. Great resource for one who needs inspiration for breakfast and brunch meals.

Not just for Christmas

This is one of those rare cookbooks that I will go through and make everything. It has muffins both savoury and sweet. Same thing with scones. Baked French toast in various forms, and breakfast casseroles. It also has complementary sauces, spreads and toppings. Well written and easy to understand directions. Little pictures of most of the finished products.

One quick and simply delightful and easy recipe after another. One dish wonders that children and adults can make, enjoy eating and laugh without stress the entire time. you really need to like muffins and scones. Half way through you get to quiche. the French Toast looks easy and tasty.
