I was hoping for more concrete ideas to implement but this book was very high level and dealt more with theoretical than specifics. As each chapter consisted of an essay written by a different author, some were easier to read than others and likewise some seemed more applicable. Some of the ideas will serve as conversation starters, which is positive.
