We are back with Katherine and James and the problems with Heather looming. After the Gala, Heather and who ever is helping her, is out to get Kat and things get emotional for her, she has never been a victim or had any thing like this happen to her. I did feel that the ending was not completed, who was in the Hummer and what happened to Heather? I would have liked to have read James' proposal and the wedding. But other than a few typos, I really enjoyed the story. It is a suspenseful romance and a all around great story line. If you are looking for a romance, with a little suspense and intrigue, then this trilogy is for you.

Having read all three of the books, I honestly think that the series could actually have been one book. There just wasn't enough content to be split over three books. I feel more could've been written. The story was lacking in depth, of character growth, of plot and drama. The ending too all three books seemed rushed, almost like it was a high school/college assignment, where the writer (I won't say author, because Miss Stephens clearly isn't one), ran out of time - on every one. The last one is the worst. It feels like a huge chunk of the story is missing, at the end, just before the epilogue. The epilogue itself is also too short and missing substance.

Miss Stephens, if you wish to continue to write, please think more about your story, plot and character development. My honest opinion is, don't give up your day job, cause honey, you ain't no writer.

This book was so fast paced and rushed. It really needed a more thorough edit done as well. There were a lot of mistakes that an editor would have and should have caught.

We got to see a bit how out if her mind Heather was, but I really would have liked to have seen more. And I wish the interaction between James and Kathryn would have consisted of more than just sex. Overall, I really liked the series but this was my least favorite of all three. And it really should have been posted as one book. There was no reason this couldn't have been put together and sold as a full book.
