This is a great little book to help you reflect on your life and habits. I found some of the inspirational readings very helpful and others not so much, but this book is a keeper, because I believe the readings I didn't find useful on this round, I may find useful in the future. Wisdom from Fred and his friends is a great tool to have. The readings are short, but they also include some questions at the end to help you apply what you have learned by examining your own life and habits.

Lots of good leadership nuggets. A nice gift book, but not one that is a leadership essential like some others I’ve read.

A lot of people have loved this book, and I am certain that Fred has made a huge difference in this world, but for me, reading the vignettes paired with commentary mostly praising the vignettes was shallow. I spent way too much time reading this book and hoping for better.... This one will move to a better home soon.
