An amazing variety of food can be cooked with only foil! I used this book mostly to get ideas on how to do foil packet cooking. We plan to do potato wedges and ham with sweet potato, and maybe some vegetables. The book includes lots of great ideas on how to use foil to create a reflector oven, make your own pots and skillets from foil, and much more. The tone is down-to-earth and fun; it was written by Missouri-ans.
