Soon Bri must choose whether her love for him is more important than her love for herself. Will she continue to be blinded by love or will she emerge as a survivor?
I listened to the audio book and I was left in tears. This author did an amazing job channeling how domestic violence is kept a secret by those suffering. I wished the ending was different but life isn’t always beautiful. I know she’s currently making this into a movie and it’ll be powerful. Great book! Recommend to all college aged and young women 16 and older.
I cried real tears. Honestly some people glamorize domestic violence when in my opinion is the biggest fear factor. I thank you for shedding light on such a dark subject
