This text was part of my MBA program, and it's decent, but not amazing. It's what I would call a great reference book, but not necessarily a great teaching book. By that I mean that all the info you want and need is there... But it's not always explained well. I found that I had to supplement the textbook descriptions with YouTube videos and lots of discussions with classmates to really understand the content.

Another negative: most modern textbooks come with online accounts where you can study and test yourself (quizzes, etc). This textbook has nothing like that. Its "online companion" is simply Excel files with the datasets used in the examples.
