Rooster Fighter volume 4 explores the band of allies as they navigate their mission to defeat demons while dealing with the fame from being caught on video. There are some quieter moments here used both for a break in pace and humor. It suffers from the same lack of awareness when it comes to certain subject matter. That seems to be par for the course at this point, and you have probably already dropped off the series if it was too big of an issue for you.

Nothing like the appearance of family to complicate things. Keiji's half-brother shows up and reveals a new villain is on the horizon. This is the start of an intense arc and it shows how this serise does have a lot of story left to tell.

This is one of the weirdest series I've ever read, but it's also really interesting and I'm excited to see how the story plays out.

Such a unique manga series filled with fast paced action sequences and snippets of humour that keep the reader entertained. An easy read that is difficult to put down.

Nice to get more background info, and I'm still enjoying the story, but it needs to be funny again to keep this up.

Interesting back story in this one. Plus the art continues to amaze.

A new character is introduced - a silkie cock - who breed is known to have 5 toes which the artist included.

So good. For whatever reason, when you apply all the classic manga/anime storylines and tropes to a rooster... it just works. It continues to impress with each volume I read. Can't wait to start 5.

By devilish association

Keiji, the rooster, pulled out all the stops and helped save many lives from a potential flood as he unleased his power into the raging torrent of death last volume. However rest is fleeting for a hero as he, Elizabeth, and Chicken Little begin their quest anew. However there are some ominous workings going on with the various people being turned into demons as we get a glimpse at the far stronger devils and we get a glimpse into Keiiji's past when another rooster claiming to be his half-brother come begging him for his help to save their father.

With rooster machismo, hen intelligence, and chick naivety that only the young but brave can exhibit this trio continue to not only fight the good fight against potentially dangerous opponents but also continue to open this strange world to us while preventing the potentially dark themes from being overwhelmingly depressing. I look forward to more of this cockadoodledoo action. :)
