The Tools Series is a compilation of 10 colouring story books, and the stories are aimed at children of pre-school and kindergarten age (ages up to 8). The subject of each story concerns the relationship between a tool and a hardware item, e.g. hammer and nail. The tool and hardware item are characterised, and the stories recount the interaction between them. The stories explain how the tool and hardware item are used together. The illustrations are line drawings, which can be coloured in, to add an extra dimension to the stories.
The Griz series is a collection of short stories about experiences which children have every day. The stories are seen through the eyes of a young boy named Griz who is the main character in each story. He is a likeable lad in a family unit with a father, mother and sister.
The books are aimed at pre-school age and infants, and they educate the children about every day experiences. At the end of each story Griz brings awareness about the pros and cons of his experience.
Will was inspired to educate children and set about writing the series. He has titles for around 120 short stories which are collectively known as 'The Griz series'.
