Enter God’s Rest and Enjoy the Rest of Your Life is a refreshing insight into God’s plan for us to enjoy our lives. The Eternal One, The Creator of our human bodies did not intend for humans to work themselves into oblivion, then succumb to illnesses associated with exhaustion. His perfect plan was for us to enjoy not only physical rest, but emotional rest, rest of prosperity, rest from our enemies.

Enter God’s Rest will explore the Shabbat, its origins and show how the Eternal God, who never wearies, Himself observed Shabbat.. Learn how God’s love for humanity is manifested in this beautiful gift. God wants to give us rest. He has given us rest. It is a gift. He is waiting for us to just accept it, to enter into His rest so we can enjoy the rest of our lives…

Learn how to enter a special place of serenity where your mind and body is at rest.

If you are really legalistic in your religious views Enter God's Rest and Enjoy the Rest of Your Life might resonate with you. I understand the author's views but the book is so slim there are really no in depth arguments supporting her view point. I agree God did appoint a day of rest for us and I agree we should keep it a day of rest, but this book offered me no new insights on the subject.

I received this book free from Goodreads First Reads.
