This is an introductory book that provides basic theory and practice of Qigong with the focus on decreasing one's anxiety and fear in addition to many other benefits. Perhaps one draw back of the book is the illustrations and instructions are not detailed enough and do not explain some of the practices as clearly as perhaps some other books. However, this is an informative book that affords one an excellent starting point.

Very good application of qigong to anxiety

I like very much the style of presentation that doesn't impose a specific path, rather offering you a panoply of tools to be used according to your wisdom for counteracting the anxiety.

Not bad I look forward to incorporating Qigong more fully into my life and plan on checking out a few more of Master Lam's books.
