Readers can’t help but become caught up in the thrilling excitement and wonder of these three Dragon Legion novellas as the Darkfire crystal sends three sexy strong and commanding Pyr through time for them to try to regain their lost loves and to prepare for the future. All three stories are fast paced, thrilling and really keeps readers hanging on the edge of their seats with suspense, action, sizzling chemistry and romances that stand the strength of time and some pretty tough circumstances and foes. Unexpected twists not only guarantee that readers are kept on their toes but surprises them some new and unique elements to the Pyr stories that adds to future stories. All the characters are strong, vivid and easily capture readers’ imagination ensuring that readers become completely involved in each of their stories, while the overall Darkfire plot keeps readers hanging on in suspense as to just what it has in store for the Dragon Legion Pyr.

In Kiss of Danger, a vicious killer follows Alexander through time forcing him to defend his wife and son all while trying to convince her to give him another chance. Their relationship is further complicated by his wife’s current relationship status which adds lots of emotional turbulence to the story.

The world of the Pyr heats up as the Darkfire plants Damien in the Realm of the Dead where he will have to fix his mistakes without his shifting abilities and while facing the inhabitants of the realm. Damien and his mate’s past certainly holds some interesting twists that plays an important role in their present and in their future.

In Kiss of Destiny, Thad tries to win the heart of an elusive and fascinating woman who has sparked his firestorm, while believing that he can secrete the future of all the dragon shifters.

There is not a dull moment to be found in any of the three stories and each one is an adrenaline pumping adventures full of excitement and passion that readers won’t be able to put down.

These were entertaining, well written stories. These novellas focus on the Dragon Legion within the Dragonfire series. The Dragon Legion take charge of a darkfire crystal, which is composed of unpredictable magic, unsure of how it may affect them. In Kiss of Danger, Alexander is returned to his time, where he left behind a wife and son. He does not know what he will be facing on his return. In Kiss of Darkness, Damien is sent to the realm of the dead, where he meets someone from his past. In Kiss of Destiny, Thad is delighted to feel his firestorm, indicating the presence of his mate, and he hopes he can win her heart. These three books added to the overall series and explained more about the Dragon Legion, as well as each one being a charming story on its own. I enjoyed these novellas and look forward to reading more books in this series as well as other books by this author.

A book that ties up loose ends even if you didn't know they were loose.

A great collection of short stories that tells how each surviving dragon tooth warrior found his firestorm and an adventure of his own. With all the action and romance one would expect.
Sit down and enjoy.
Have the next one on hand, you will want to dive Right into it.

If you have ever wondered what happened to the Dragon’s Teeth Warriors-the remaining group of 17 Pyr who had been ‘beguiled by an ancient viper, enchanted to take the form of dragon’s teeth and trapped for a millennia’, The Dragon Legion novellas answers some of your questions.

Another villan

Another villan introduced in this novel. The deck is sure getting stacked against these poor dragons. I'm starting to get really apprehensive for the guys.

This group of shorts from the Dragonfire series featuring the Dragon's Tooth/Dragon Legion is designed for fans that have been following the series closely. Some scenes are simultaneous to scenes in books 7 and 8 of the series and others are hoping you've read this collection in order. This collection can be considered a stand-alone read apart from the series, the novellas need to be read in order for a full understanding.
Kiss of Danger 4stars
This short answers Lorenzo and Erik's questions about the darkfire crystal in Flashfire while Salvatore was thought to be asleep. The warriors are unsure how to use the crystal, but it seems to know what to do as it sends them back in time. Alexander finds himself able to be back with his beloved Katrina and is shocked that he has not come back to the same moment he left but he's arrived at the perfect time since both Katrina and his son Lysander need his help.
Kiss of Darkness 10/22 - 4stars
The second novella takes place immediately after Alexander has been left. The Dragon Legion figures out the method being used by the darkfire crystal. Damien is reunited with his lady love, Petra, in time to see his son born and re-ignite his firestorm with her.
Kiss of Destiny 10/22 - 3.75stars
Down to the last two dragon league warriors has Drake on his way to Eric and Thad meeting his firestorm with Aura the Nymph in the realm of the Gods. A great lead-in for the next full length novel.

Deborah Cooke's dragon shapeshifter series is a favorite, mostly because who doesn't love incredibly sexy men that turn into dragons? This collection of novellas was a great addition to the series and provides some pretty darn vital information to the overall plot of the series, so definitely a must if you read any of the series. All three stories were amazing and I loved how they introduced the elemental witches. The romances were well done and well varied. The first dealt with the reunion of a man with his wife and child, the second about a man and woman rekindling their love while doing what they could to save their unborn child, and the last dealt with new and young love. So very different stories of love which made the whole reading experience unique. I loved all three stories, but I think Kiss of Destiny was my favorite.

I am in love with these shifters. It was amazing to gain insight into what has been happening in between novels and where everyone is ending up for the big finale I can't wait to read the next novels and find out how Thorof and the healer fit into the ending!

So good. Three short stories that fill in the gap between books. They let us know how some things started, where some of the Pyr ended up, where they came from, where their enemies came from...
