As with the prvious books Red Fire and Blue Fire the story of Jax and Aleks continue. In this prequel it's Aleks turn to be in turmoil as a killer runs amok. Alek is forced to face his past while trying to finalize his future. Never seeming to catch a break, Jax and Alek seem to be embroiled into another turbulent case that forces them into dangerous and life threatening situation. Is this the final ending for Alek and Jax or will they live to see another day.
