★★★★★! The Baby Series Lite, book 3 of 3.5. The conclusion of Trey & Ty’s epic family saga filled with danger, suspense, villains, lust and their growing all-consuming love.

“His sapphire eyes were bright with his love and his sadness.”

Baby Series Lite is a newly edited and revised Anniversary edition of last summer’s Baby Series. The author listened to reviewers’ feedback as well as readers who were holding back on reading due to its length. In Baby Series Lite you will have the edited down version of same story, plus bonus chapters and bonus epilogues.

Baby Series Lite (book 1-3) is the epic family saga about Trey and Tylar and their extended and growing family. Baby Come Back Lite (book 3.5) is the continued story about Tristan, Trey’s brother and Gina, Ty’s best friend but also includes the Sinclair’s. Since there is a mystery to be solved it’s critical that these books be read in order, and as a set:
Maybe Baby Lite (book 1)
Baby Love Lite (book 2)
Be My Baby Lite (book 3)
Baby Come Back Lite (book 3.5)
Baby Series Lite - Omnibus to be released in late September

We first met Trey and Tylar in Maybe Baby (book 1). In Baby Love (book 2) we learned more about the mystery surrounding Ty’s past, met more family members and of course we got to follow Trey and Ty in their relationship and with their new baby…

In Be My Baby (book 3) the final pieces of the puzzle pertaining to Ty’s past will be revealed. But more importantly Trey and Ty’s relationship will be tested as tragedy strikes and evil forces set-out to hurt them and break them apart. It will be both shocking and life altering. I will say no more. Their story is best experienced!

 photo SmithBabySeriesLite1-3HerobySueBee_zps7e7f5192.jpg

Trey Michael Sinclair is one of my all-time favorite alphas; he is handsome and sexy, rich and successful and as the story progresses his layers are peeled showing many dimensions. Five words to describe Trey: Captivating, possessive, authoritarian, adaptable and unforgettable.

 photo SmithBabySeriesLite1-3HeroinebySueBee_zps135075ee.jpg

Tylar Preston, Ty has grown into herself in this series. Five words to describe Ty: Resourceful, sweet, spunky, smart and endearing.

“Trey,” I said, leaning against him, “I think we finally have all of the whack-jobs out of our lives.”
“I sure hope so, baby,” he replied, kissing my neck.”

It is truly the perfect ending to an epic journey that is Trey and Ty Sinclair with TWO epilogues; one a few years into the future and the bonus epilogue taking place some 18 years after the start of the series! However, to get full closure on Trey and Ty’s story I do recommend reading Baby Come Back Lite (book 3.5) as Gina will be able to shed some light on the fate of some of the villains!

Epic saga! Excellent story telling! Memorable characters! An engaging, humorous and very sexy read! Thanks Ms. Smith.

“I love you, Tylar:”
“I love you, Trey.”

Life isn't fair. It is a beautiful gift and a huge burden. A journey.

A bumpy road.

description

A free hug.

description

You live it, the best way you can and sometimes books remind you, that you don't have to live it alone.

This is Trey & Tylar's life...

description

Just like every journey, it isn't always about the destination. It is how you get there that counts.

When setting out upon your way to Ithaca,
wish always that your course be long,
full of adventure, full of lore.

Constantine P. Cavafy
- world renowned Greek poet

We have witnessed their journey and now near its conclusion, everything falls apart.
Infidelity, life, death, conspiracies, lies, family, past and new enemies. Trey and Tylar fight with each other and with themselves for their love.

Is love enough?

You can never forget but can you sometimes forgive?

description

This third book is a heartbreaker. It keeps punching you and kicking you and stealing your breath and stopping your heart. You are sobbing in sadness, in despair and in happiness.
And Trey. Handsome, courageous, strong and arrogant. You have a special place in my heart.

Just like every last book in a trilogy, this one seemed too short. I longed for the 700 something pages of the first. I didn't want it to end...

Can I hope for a spin-off? For Preston, the perfectionist. Or Avery, the old soul. Or even the little heartbreaker?

Thank you. It's been a pleasure...

P.S.Andrea Smith, you unbelievable, sweet..... woman, you really named a character Georgia??? Really??? I suspected something when I read it, but I kept thinking "Hey, it's no big deal, Georgia is a pretty common name, just 'cause we talked a few times she couldn't have...", but then you commented on it and it really hit me!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!

4.5 Sad to See it End Stars

‘The night we met I knew I needed you so.’ Do you know the song?”
“Is the next line something like ‘and if I had the chance, I’d never let you go’?”
“Yeah, that’s it,” he said smiling sheepishly.
“Be My Baby,” I said softly, shaking my head in recognition.
“That’s when I knew I loved you, Tylar. That’s when I knew I wanted you to be my baby forever. I didn’t even know you but I loved you – crazy stuff, huh?”

Be My Baby Lite, Trey and Tylar’s final book, had me laughing one minute and crying the next. I started this book immediately after finishing Baby Love Lite because I needed the conclusion to this couples story NOW.

The beginning of this book has life finally calming down for Tylar and Trey. After surviving a sexual predator from Tylar’s past, a bat shit crazy “mother” who turns out to not be quite what she seems, in laws and family friends from hell and a litany of other dramas no two people should ever have to face, the couple are somewhat settled in their new home and looking forward to the birth of their second child. At this point in the series you don’t even have to ask “what could go wrong?” You just know it will, and boy does the shit ever hit the fan!

After suffering a heartbreaking loss, Trey and Tylar both deal with the tragedy in different and solitary ways. Trey focuses on work and his new mentoring buddy, Amber, who I came to regard as simply “the bitch.” Tylar shuts down and does her best to move on without ever really giving herself the chance to grieve. With their relationship strained beyond its limits, Trey makes a stupid mistake and Tylar’s there to witness it. The two must find a way to come together after Tylar makes a stupid mistake of her own.

One of the reasons I loved this book, and the series, as much as I did is because even though Tylar and Trey appear to have it all as a couple, there’s always something for them to overcome and deal with. They jumped into a committed relationship and I found myself believing more and more in their love when they did work together to meet the challenges of their relationship. This book, more than any of the previous, tested their bond. How do you forgive an infidelity? How do you grieve as a couple when one of you refuses to grieve? When these two worked through their issues and came out stronger because of it, I truly believed they deserved their happily ever after.

”Last night you finally let loose with your grief after all of this time. I should have never let you go on for so long like that. Look what we’ve done to each other.”

As emotional as this book is, there were more than enough humorous and light hearted moments to keep it from dragging. Gina has to be one of the greatest friends a girl can have and I’m so glad she got her own story in Baby Come Back Lite. Preston, Tylar and Trey’s toddler made me smile every single time she entered the scene.

”Horsey? Mama pay horsey?”
“She doesn’t know what she saw. You heard her, she thought we were playing horsey,” he chuckled.

No, sweetie, it wasn’t horsey they were playing. I’m giving this book 4.5 stars because that’s just how much I enjoyed it. Was the writing perfect? No, but I loved the story itself so much that I was completely able to look past that fact which is a rarity for me.

Would I recommend this book and the series to friends? You bet! I’m a little sad to be done with it, but I look forward to reading other books by Andrea Smith in the future.

(ARC provided by the author) Lots of pictures...I found a lot of quotes and moments that were perfect to describe Tylar and Trey's relationship.

Okay, so this was probably the MOST intense book of the series, and that's saying a lot. As far as evoking strong emotions, this book tops the charts. And I'm not talkin' super romantic, squishy hearts and flowers romance. No, I'm talking bipolar emotions...hate, fear, heartbreak, love, devotion, betrayal.

Here's the book's own blurb, because I can't think of a way to say it better without giving anything away:

"It has been a mostly bumpy road thus far, but they have always managed to find the strength they needed in each other… however, their relationship will soon be put to the ultimate test.

Trey and Tylar will discover that there are those who are willing to destroy the loving relationship they have by death or at the very least, infidelity. Their love and commitment to each other is put to a tragic test. Will they be able to survive the unexpected hardship that befalls them? Will the strength of their love, the depth of their commitment to each other and the ability to forgive draw them ever closer or break them apart forever?"

Let me tell you, after the awful cliffhanger of the last book, I was honestly prepared for anything when I first picked this one up. And this one starts off with utter despair. Heartbreak. Loneliness...hopelessness. Oh, gosh, my poor heart!!!

But I WILL say this: My friends told me to hang on...and I'm glad that I did. There is still one unfinished "problem" that needs to be taken care of, but I've been assured that the next installment, Gina's point of view novella, will wrap up any lingering issues from this book.

I keep saying in each review that this series is a journey. It's not the first blush of love, a couple of inconsequential problems to solve, and a happy ever after.

It delves into REAL LIFE problems, what happens after the growing UP is done. Now it's time to grow TOGETHER. All marriages have that, and Trey and Tylar also have to deal with Tylar's evil past demons that have not been dealt with at this point.
“Trey,” I said, leaning against him, “I think we finally have all of the whack-jobs out of our lives.”
“I sure hope so, baby,” he replied, kissing my neck.”

And Trey and Tylar's love for each other is tested...and tested...and tested. That's what this series has been about for me. And that's what marriage and love are. Making it through the hard times makes the end result that much more important.

I’m kind of sad this is the end of Trey and Tylar’s journey... but this series ended with a bang. I think this one has been my favorite of the three books!

The very beginning of the book, things are good. Tylar and Trey are happy together, Gina and Tristian’s little bundle of joy has just arrived, it’s all good. They are looking forward to the birth of baby number two. Tylar has had a different kind of pregnancy. She has been more tired, less ‘active’. Unfortunately things are only good for a very short time before it all hits the fan. This one is a little more intense than the first two in many ways. Within the first 10-15% I was devastated. I’m not going to go into what happens, but it’s safe to say Trey and Tylar both screw up in this book. Forgiveness, moving on, those are the big themes.
I’m sorry, baby. I love you.

description

Everyone deals with loss their own way. It’s understandable, but I was still heartbroken. It’s hard to move on, forgive people, but necessary. No relationship is perfect. Tylar and Trey had their share of real problems. It was actually refreshing to see. Their relationship isn’t perfect, but it is real.

description

Even with all the issues, there is still a lot of steam, suspense and humor. Three key ingredients to this series. Trey is hot and alpha as ever, little Preston has all sorts of comic relief in there (the horsey) and we are still awaiting the trial of Matthew, things still have to unfold there. Finally, towards the end of the book, things are starting to calm, get back to normal. Then all of a sudden... bam! Something else big happens that throws you for a loop. I was really hoping it was just a dream, but no. It leaves you wondering if this family will get their happy ending...

description

I’ve enjoyed reading this series. Once you start reading them, you want to jump straight into the next book to see what happens next. Most all the characters (minus the Ambers, Carolines etc) are lovable. The story lines are fairly unique, and I like the mix of sexy, steamy, suspenseful, romantic and funny. This was a nice way to end the series, I especially liked the epilogue.

"You know me, Trey. You know me in some ways better than I know myself. You forced me to deal with my fears and my nightmares. You forced me to face the truth about my past and deal with my demons. I did it Trey; I did it because of you."

Let me sum this entire book up for you in one gif:

It put me through the wringer with my emotions; I cried, I laughed, I felt like my ovaries would catch on fire, I cried some more. And I loved every single second of it.

I read it in one sitting. I couldn't put it down. Andrea definitely saved the best for last with this book, in my personal opinion.

Be My Baby picks up right where that cliffhanger in Baby Love left us. And let me give you a fair warning here but the first 30% of this book...HOLY.CRAP! I did NOT see that coming. I had to go back and re-read just to make sure I wasn't seeing this. Andrea Smith is the queen of plot twists, and this book had them in spades. WOW!

We see Taylor going through something that is so devastating, it changes her relationship with Trey in a way that neither one of them know how to get back from. The subject matter itself is a very delicate one, and I thought that the author did such an incredible job dealing with it.

Trey and Tylar go through many trials and tribulations throughout their relationship, but in Be My Baby, they face the ultimate one.

Tylar finds herself dealing with something that has left her devastated. While she knows there's something wrong with her, she just doesn't know how to deal with it. She says she's fine, but inside she's breaking.

There were moments I wanted to cry along with her, moments I wanted to hug her, and moments I wanted to shake her and slap some sense into her. Then there were the times where I wanted to choke the hell out of Trey for the choices and decision he made.

We see Tylar dealing with many things; her relationship with Trey, loss, her mother's death, and so much more. Her relationship with Trey is not perfect, but their love for one another shined through the pages.

While both of them are to blame for the situation that they find themselves in, and both of them are far from perfect with the choices they make and things that they do, I think that's what I enjoyed most about them. They were just so imperfectly perfect. You can't help but feel all these things right along with them, and be sucked into their world.

I liked book 1 though I struggled with some things in it, book 2 was good, but this book?

This was by far my absolute favorite in the series. The bonus epilogue was the perfect ending to a fantastic series. It was like the cherry on top of an already great cake.

Now I'm off to go and deal with my Trey withdrawal. Good thing I still have Tristan to read :)
And I thank you

This was a beautiful end to Trey's & Tylar's story.
I won't lie there was a part that hard for me to read. I was screaming don't do it Tylar.

They felt so real with real problems that happen within a marriage after dealing with a loss. Blaming each other even if they don't realize what they are doing by lashing out at each other.

I want to give Gina a shout out for BEATCH-slapping Caroline. Thank you, been wanting since the first book for that.

I loved that their love for each other was strong enough not to give up on each other.

About 80% to the end is the reason I gave 4 stars. Trey's POV especially at the beginning was so beautiful. You also got to see how strong Tylar was for Trey when she needed to be. Andrea Smith this was an Awesome series I hope you have more to come.

★★★★★! The Baby series, book 3 of 3.5! Epic family saga with a wonderful Heroine & a larger-than-life, yet “tangible” alpha male Hero.

This is a recently released trilogy by Andrea Smith. Plus a stand-alone sequel (book 3.5), told from a side character’s - Gina’s POV to add-on, sum-up and conclude the series. I highly recommend them all!

It’s an epic family saga about Trey and Tylar and their extended and growing family. Andrea Smith is a spellbinding storyteller. I am not sure how to fairly describe her brilliance other than that her writing really clicks with me; It’s engaging and humorous and her choice of vocabulary is very stimulating. Her character development is excellent – both Trey and Ty are wonderful and their chemistry is hot, hot, hot. And there are many, many amazing side characters as well. Ms. Smith as definitely a new author to follow.

Since there is a mystery to be solved it’s critical that you read these books in order. Though I have kept my review below “general” it may contain some spoilers. If you haven’t read book 1 and 2, please start with book 1. As matter of fact, drop everything and hurry up and read this series!

BE MY BABY (BOOK 3)

Hero: Trey Michael Sinclair/32+ years old/attorney/$$$/brown hair/blue eyes
Heroine: Tylar “Ty” Sinclair, formerly Preston/22+ years old/mother (former student)/brown hair/amber eyes

The book is mostly told from Tylar’s POV. But in this book we get to enjoy Trey’s POV as well.

Like I have said before, I have really enjoyed this series’ less common approach of the couple coming together and the readers getting to follow them through their relationship. We first met Trey and Tylar in Maybe Baby (book 1). In Baby Love (book 2) we learned more about the mystery surrounding Tyler’s past, met more family members and of course we got to follow Trey and Ty in their marriage with their new baby girl, Preston.

In book 3 the final pieces of the puzzle pertaining to Tylar’s past will be revealed. But more importantly Trey’s and Ty’s marriage will be tested as tragedy strikes and evil forces set-out to hurt them and break them apart. It will be both shocking and life altering. I will say no more (other than don’t start on this book at 1 AM unless you plan on staying up to read all night…).

So I am one of those people who bought the “Dirty Dancing” Soundtrack for the song “Be My Baby” (by the Ronette’s). How special and appropriate it was (for me) that “Be My Baby” not only helped name this book in The Baby series, but the song itself ended up playing a significant part in the very life of both Trey and Ty:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzhbGa...

”The night we met I knew I needed you so.
And if I had the chance I'd never let you go.
So won't you say you love me?
I'll make you so proud of me.
We'll make 'em turn their heads every place we go.
So won't you, please?
Be my, be my baby.
Be my little baby.
My one and only baby…”

Epic! Spellbinding! Unforgettable! Thanks Ms. Smith!

4.5 stars!

The awesome conclusion to the love story of Trey and Tylar Sinclair. Bravo! Loved it. This last book had a wonderful mixture of happiness, love, angst, loss, anger, resentment...and most importantly, forgiveness. It had it all. The author did a great job tying up all the loose ends to the mystery surrounding Tylar's family. She and Trey went through some really trying times in this book and they worked through them in the end. I loved this story. I'm very sad to see it end. The epilogue was written well, giving us the HEA we all love.

This series is great if you like a little fluff, great bedroom scenes, a little mystery and suspense, and ya gotta like babies. Lotsa talk of their baby from book 2 on.... If talk of breast feeding or potty training grosses you out, I'm not sure you'll stomach it. It's true life situations for sure.

Bravo Andrea Smith. A job well done.....

I am completely & utterly drained of all emotions this morning!! I was so excited in getting my hands on this final instalment and all i can say is ANDREA you have won me over!!
At the first few pages, it was ahhhhh thank god! Turn a few more pages, my heart started to beat faster, i was scowling at my kindle thinking dont go there..TREY seriously DON'T go THERE TREY!! Turn a few more pages and now I was tempted to put my kindle down as by this time I was screaming NOOOO Tyler,TYLER Don't even think about it, TYLer No No NO!! Then you've got all the other mad characters thrown in causing all sorts of pain and harm to Trey & Tyler. You are just left thinking seriusly how much more can Tyler take she's only twenty two, give her a break, please!
But somehow Andrea manages to bring it all back together, injecting humour, suspense, intrigue and the magical word romance. For a debut trilogy i thoroughly enjoyed it and cannot wait to read some more from this author!

This was pretty much me the entire book.

There were times in this book I was screaming, smiling, laughing out loud and sighing a happy sigh. This book is long, but pulls you in and keeps you interested throughout the three books. Loved the Epilogues!!!!

Great read, with interesting characters- 5 Stars!!!

Heartbreaking moments coupled with a touching need to make everything ok.

This series tested the love of the couple in ways you hope life never throws at you.
Read how this ends and you will believe in the power of love.

This was good ,I still loved the second book more but I really adored the strength of their love .Realistically things happen in a relationship/marriage and its really hard to pick the pieces to continue .This was portrayed in that way ultimately you just have to decide whether to love that you share and your family is worth it . The underlining depression was very well done . I understood so many of her dumb choices (Even though I wanted to strangle the hell outta her! ) I realized her depression was fueling her bad choices and I'm glad she saw that too even though it took her marriage nearly ending.

I wish some things could have been explained to me more like I wanted Amber to ger hers in badass sorta way . With how mature Tyler has gotten, a proper ass whooping would have been great. I wished the situation with Tristan and Gina would have been shown rather than told , maybe I will get that in the 3.5 (hopefully !! ) .

Otherwise this was good and I'm sad to see this series go . Has one of the more harsher persons that critiqued the original book (the first one , I could not read the others). I am very pleased to see that I enjoy the lite version. This packed enough punch to keep me interested and wasn't so packed (like the first one) to keep me interested to continue.

Kind of hated this book. I can deal with cheating if it is handled well and dealt with. But I felt there was a lot of words in this, and no actual solution. A lot of people pointed out Tylar was worst behaved than Trey, while I do agree that Tylar was out of line, I honestly was more angry with Trey. This is because it is pretty obvious if Tylar had not been betrayed, and she did not feel unloved or unattractive, she would not have cheated. I also was repulsed by Trey’s cheating as it was emotional as well as physical. I also don’t really like the whole claim that he pulled away, as Tylar said, he never answered Amber when she invited him back to her place.
I honestly believe he would have gone further. It also was so frustrating that he first rejected Amber, than fell for her crocodile tears, Trey is not naive or unintelligent, so why did he buy her bullshit? The whole him saying if things were different, than he would be up on her, made me feel ill as well. The whole questioning Tylar, as if he did not believe Amber would claim she was going After Trey was a joke as well, as if Tylar was lying! I think I just felt even though they both miraculously forgave each other, and again had hot sex, nothing was resolved. They needed counselling and to actually talk. They spoke about the baby some, but not enough to heal anything. Also, the months of build up and attraction between Trey and Amber were not addressed either. There were so many issues that just were not sorted. I just felt this book was added drama for angst, but was not dealt with well.

The second book left me with a load of questions unanswered. How will Trey and Tylar's move on from this? Will they finally unravel all of Tylar's past?

I'm sorry, baby. I love you

As much as I love Gina, I loved that the focus of the book was back to Trey and Tylar.

I admit, sequels scare the life out of me but I think their relationship was too perfect before and they needed this wake up call.

The night we met I knew I needed you so; and if I had the chance I'd never let you go

This book had my emotions flying everywhere. A few times in the first half of the book I was screaming 'no no and no!!!' I sure wasn't comfortable reading some parts but I couldn't not read on.

My favourite part of any book is without a doubt the epilogue. Suffice to say I was happily surprised by this bonus one.

A great trilogy. Full of highs and lows, drama, revelations, angst, heartbreak, sex and of course cute Preston moments.

Another book found on FB.

I can't bring myself to rate this, though I love a good cheating husband book, I can't possibly be the target market for this one.

Immature characters, weak hero and an unlikable heroine left me completely disinterested. Maybe I needed to read books 1 and 2 first, I don't know.

Maybe I've exhausted the cheating husband trope, I need a new obsession.

ETA: The author used "Nazi" somewhat interchangeable with what I'm assuming control freak. I fount it off putting.

5★★★★★'s
5♥♥♥♥♥'s

Let me start is out by saying that I love everything this author writes. Andrea Smith is truly a talented writer. I have read everything she has written and she has never disappointed me. She breathes life into characters with every word she writes, you just feel like you really know the characters she dreams up for us to read about. Just amazing. Well enough about the author let's talk about Be My Baby.

YES!,This is yet another 5★ read for me .I have to say that I'm a little sad to see Trey and Tylar go but I'm happy with where the story ends the author gives us a bonus epilogue in this condensed version of Be My Baby and everything is tied up with a pretty little bow on it. I had thought that book 2 was my favorite I was wrong book 3 is by far my favorite. As this storybook romance comes to an end for us Trey and Tylers love is tested. They go through an unimaginable loss and neither of them deal with it very well and they have some questions as to whether they are truly meant to travel through life together... Well I guess Tyler is the one that questions the most. They do eventually work through their problems and just as that happens and things start to get back on track with their relationship yet another tragedy hits them....will they make it through this as well...?? My guess is yes.

This was a fantastic ending to this epic passion filled romance between Trey and Tyler. Thank you so much Andrea for taking me on this Amazing journey with these characters that I just fell in love with. I will be waiting to see what else is your brain can pop out that I can devour!

If you love this series you also have to check out Andrea's G-Man books it is also another great series!

Diamond girl (book 1) already out
Love Plus One (book 2) already out
Night Moves (book 3) it's coming out some between late 2013 or early 2014 I for one can't wait!

liked & enjoyed the 1st book, tolerated the 2nd, didn't like the 3rd. wasted my money & time on the 3rd. never liked cheating & heroine cheated on the 3rd book. granted she saw the hero kissing another woman but what the heroine did, sleeping with another man was a lot worse & she did it with her husband just a few metres away. Even in the 2nd book, it was obvious that the author was just stretching the story. there was way too much sex, unnecessary and at ridiculous moments at times (e.g. their baby was kidnapped, still missing & they had sex). author shouldn't have written the last 2 installments. I think these just ruined the whole series.

5 emotional and amazing stars!!!

OMG...What a book!! I absolutely loved it! It was amazing and I didn’t want it to end. The story was so emotional, real and beautiful that I couldn’t put it down for a minute.
I found it a bit different form the other two books. It had parts that made me cry and other that made me smile like a fool. Trey and Tayler were amazing (again). They were facing many problems but managed to find their perfect HEA :)
I definitely recommend these books! Read them!! You won’t regret it :)

4.5 Stars!!!

HANDS DOWN - this is the BEST book of the trilogy involving Trey and Tylar!

Oh man, where to start? The book starts off with our favorite couple expecting an new addition to the family. Of course, Andrea allows for all possibilities of reality to strike, a bumpy road ensues and both family and a marriage is put through the ultimate test. I absolutely appreciate the reality, the bruising, the raw emotions and real life situations that Andrea always provides for the readers in her books. This is life and it isn't always rainbows and unicorns.

Needless to say, my heart shattered after fate intervened and I was waiting to see what Trey would do but NO! Tylar completely shocks me with her choices and I thought, "this is it - there is no hope." A major uplifting turn of events happen, my heart was sewn back together and began beating at a regular rate again. And the make up sex?! Yes, please!!! Trey Sinclair sure knows how to please! After a bit of make up, we have another skank, Amber, who is like a crazed hyena preying on poor Trey in a drought stricken Southern summer. What. The. Fuck. I wanted to grab a wench by her hair and drag her through the barn poo pile! LOL I was praying for Tylar not to get hurt by her again and her ever so gallant Prince Charming of a husband nips that in the bud really quick! Once you think everything is working itself out, HELL NO! A major accident happens, I stopped breathing and damn it Andrea, you made me cry!!! Bringing both of the Marley's back in the game did me in!!!

We all know Andrea can keep a girl guessing and on her toes! Thankfully, throughout it all, we have a fair amount of drama, sadness, betrayal, comic relief, romance our ever so needed happily ever after. Tylar has her father, who I adore plus one, Jean and Susan as her motherly support system, Gina, her always outspoken, voice of reason and best friend, baby Preston, the comic relief (Daddy Dinky! and Horsey Daddy!) and her beloved Trey, her husband and best friend.

I can't wait to start Gina and Tristan's story next because we have a 'little issue' who has arrived and needs to be addressed, which has jabbed a dagger into Gina's heart.

I recommend this series to everyone!!! A must read series!

Another 10 stars!!! photo floatinghearts.gif
OH SWEET JESUS....WHAT am I gonna do now?!?!?!? Andrea Smith....I can't thank you enough. I have spent a wonderful weekend meeting, getting to know, falling in love with, wanting to punch, crying for, worrying about, and now missing Trey, Tylar, Preston, Susan, Clive, Tristin, Gina, Judge Tylar, Avery, Trey Jr and everyone else in this series.

I feel like a cousin to them or something....the story (all 3 books in the series) were written so very well, the flow and direction of the story...the twists and turns...

Ok, so on this book, at 10% in I was all [image error]

Then as Tylar gets to Baton Rouge I was all photo crazyryan.gif

...and holding my breath, and screaming at Tylar, and wanting to pretty much chuck my kindle at the wall...and the plot unraveling to clue us in on all of Tylars family drama...and then in the last 20% of the book I finally gave into the tears. Ugh, I just effin loved this series and will probably not find one I love as much for a while..Thank you so much Andrea!!!
