This was hands down one of the best MPD/DID books that I have ever read. It is incredibly disturbing and stays with you long after you put the book down. It is well written and the story flows; Although there are hundreds of personalities/fragments, it is not confusing and very easy to keep up with.
Incredibly disturbing story about a multiple personality. Hard to read -- not only because of what happened to Kate, but how it's written as well. Disjointed sections, doesn't flow well, and poor editing all lead to my only being able to handle a chapter at a time. Read it because it happened locally and I'm interested in different psychological disorders; the story delivers, too bad the writing was lacking.
